This home is stocked with everything needed for a medium-term stay (office desk space, kitchen supplies, TV, bed linens, high-speed internet, etc.).

Easy access to 270; 5 minutes to Easton Shopping Center; 20 minutes to downtown Columbus; 15 minutes to the Airport.

PET IS PERMITTED with Restrictions.
No smoking in or on-premises

Dogs (ONLY one dog is permitted)
-- Must be 25 pounds or less when fully grown
-- The following breeds of dog are considered to be vicious or aggressive
disposition, and are not allowed: Rottweiler, Pit Bulls, Bull Dog, Doberman Pinschers,
German Shepherds, or dogs of mixed breed with identifiable
characteristics specific to a prohibited breed.
-- A non-refundable pet deposit of $250.00


We ask our guests to provide pet amenities like:
• Bowls for food and water
• Pet-friendly furniture covers
• Towel to wipe off paws at the door
• Extra cleaning supplies
• Dedicated towels for cleaning off dirty paws
• Dog waste bags

Pet rules include:
• Not allowed on the furniture or beds
• Dog(s) must not be left unattended in the rental
• History of flea or tick medication use, proof of vaccinations
• Must be spayed/neutered
• Must be house-trained
• Only hypoallergenic dogs or non-shedding breeds
• No disruptive barking
• Must be on a leash outside of rental
• The dog owner must pick up dog waste.
