The house was exactly as described. We enjoyed all the amenities. It was comfortable and had a lot of spacious. There was a wide variety of cooking utensils and gadgets to choose from. Everything was very nice.

Clean and great house

Very clean, roomy, and comfortable home to stay. It felt like I was at home away from home during our National Bowling Trip. The host was wonderful and great communication. If we needed anything she was available and responded in a timely fashion. I would definitely stay here again.

Visited for an LSU game - booked this last minute due to some issues with our other accommodations. Perfectly suited for a large group! The listing looks exactly like the photos and is perfect for a weekend stay. The area is very quiet - hardly heard or saw anyone the entire weekend. Everything is about 20 minute uber drive away. The place was wonderfully decorated, very accommodating, and very very clean! The games room with pool and darts was an added feature that we definitely took advantage of! Genika was such a great host and was very easy to get in contact with if we had any questions at all! Would recommend staying here for your upcoming trip to Baton Rouge!

Staying here enabled us to enjoy our time as a family. Having gone to Baton Rouge for my daughter's wedding, we were able to have enough room to entertain for a couple hours after the rehearsal and relax after the wedding. The only issue I noticed was some drywall damage behind the recliner next to the hallway. Other than that, the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. I would defiantly stay here again!

Very Good Stay

Well kept property with good amenities. Other than a couple of TV upgrades needed, extra toiletries like toilet paper and small things like extra trash bags; this property served all our needs. We purchased extra charcoal and a propane tank to take advantage of the outdoor amenities that we really enjoyed.

Wonderful House

Very accurate listing. Loved the house with all the outside fun things. Just be careful if playing music outside while playing darts and pool. There are quiet hours and neighbors will complain.

PERFECT AND FUN SPACE

This property was perfect! It's large and has a lot of fun things to do. It's definitely an entertaining space. We were there for a wedding, and we had the wedding party over the night before the wedding to hang out, eat and have fun together and they did just that! The boys loved the outdoor space, and the girls loved the karaoke machine built into the main TV. The property manager was readily available and very communicative when I had questions. The house was stocked in the kitchen and bathroom as if it was my own home, so not much was needed from the store. Quiet neighborhood as well and most big stores or downtown area is within 15-20mins.

Lousiana NIGHTMARE!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM GENIKA RUIZ This trip was booked in 11/23 for 10 us traveling to Baton Rouge for High School Powerlifting Nationals. 2 WEEKS before we're supposed to be there (from Wisconsin) she sent an email that said please give her a call. I called, Genika was very sorry, but rental had been double booked. WTH two weeks before!!! I was very upset but needed an option and she had a smaller VRBO but she had air mattresses so we could sleep all of us. The other house was MUCH nicer and more expensive so she reimbursed us for that property and charged us what she said was a "discounted rate" but it was the same price listed for anyone else to booking on VRBO. She charged me $80 more than the agreed price because "I had to pay for it before she could fix the price"?? She claimed it was refunded but WAS NOT!!! April 3rd arrival. Here is some issues, believe me they are all true but only allowed so many characters... Moldy, Smelly Fridge No Hot Tub Had to call to get WIFI access 2 alarm/camera systems, loud and constant April 4th, I was accused of B&E after using a code she gave me for entry. NO JOKE She CANCELLED my booking!! She came and told me to leave, she called the cops 5 different cops show up By law they couldn't make us leave and she didn't like that so she APPARENTLY called VRBO and told them and the cops she was refunding me to leave... NO REFUND Cops gave us 1 hr to pack and leave. She thanked me for taking care of the house. PSYCHO!

Your booking was cancelled because you broke several house rules as well as the law!! You also agreed to cancel the current booking which was cancelled by your request after our discussion. VRBO has evidence of everything that occurred hence the reason why your cancellation was validated. This is the first review of this sort. Anyone who comes and follow the rules as well as the law never have a problem with the property. I’ve had several inquiries about a hot tub and I explain there’s none the same as I’ve done with you through phone calls and messages. Thank you for your review have a great day!
