This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

These condos have three separate sleeping areas, Master Bedroom, Bunk Room Area with a door to the living room area, and the living area where the pull out couch is located. The view is absolutely breathtaking. There is a king bed in the Master, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and twin size bunk beds in the hall bunk room area. The unit sleeps 6 people very comfortably.

Business Trip

The property is a nice family location. Pools are crystal clear. Maintenance is quick to respond. Very cool atmosphere all around the property. Bikini Bob's is amazing!

Room was ok pull out bed was disgusting couldn’t even use it. Pool times weren’t as advertised outlets shocked us lamp was broke washer stunk and we had to pay for our arm bands and parking pass because they weren’t in the room!

This is an older property. Definitely needs updates! The shower backs up with water. The inside shower door isn't secured properly, so it swings and I was afraid it would fall off! Neither of the 2 toilets flush good. They take a long time to fill up, so if you need to flush more than one, you have to wait at least 5 minutes. The pull-out sofa bed had stains on the cover and was hard to pull out. You have to be very careful because the whole couch moves when you pull it. A few electrical outlets weren't working and the toaster shocked me when I touched it.The dishwasher and the washing machine have musty smells in them. Positives: Great view! Air conditioner works great. Plenty of dishes in the small kitchen. The living area is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Lots of towels and wash cloths, extra rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels.

Reviewer Comments: when arriving to our room the kitchen chairs were turned upside down thru out the room living room chair also up side down bag of items on couch and the floor had not been swepted. I also called emerald coast the next day because the hot water. we water the whole stay for barely warm more cold than anything and never got a call back. The Cable/Ruko went out the last day and could not get that fixed. The living room furniture was dirty.

The unit should not have been rented out. The kitchen counters are unfinished on the edges and uneven. The bathroom sinks and toilets are kid height. Most of all we were never informed of the renovation to the building (essentially the balcony railings) and pool area. Nothing like opening your drapes in the morning your first day and seeing your balcony railing is gone and a piece of scaffolding railing is your safeguard. Waking up early to the drilling noise every morning and listening to it all day was maddening. We talked to at least 5 owners who have units there who said they had either refused to rent out their units because they knew the construction would not make for a good experience for their guests or they cancelled those who had already made reservations or they refunded their money. We received none of those courtesies. We've stayed at the Summit many times but this might be our last. My wife and I really believe we are due a refund.
