Enjoy incredible panoramic views of the gulf and the pools from this highly desirable 3rd floor condo. Our newly updated 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo sleeps 6. Fully appointed kitchen features quartz countertops and all the conveniences of home. Dine inside at the table & bar, or enjoy your meal or favorite beverage on our spacious balcony -- ideal for watching the sunrise or sunset over the beautiful gulf waters.

The Summit resort is family-friendly, boasting 2 large swimming pools (1 heated in winter), indoor & outdoor hot tubs, poolside tiki bar, onsite convenience store, fitness center, game room, picnic areas with charcoal grills, basketball court, tennis courts, & shuffleboard courts. We're also within walking distance to numerous attractions & local restaurants.

Condo was excellent. Clean, well stocked, close to restaurants and shops. 3 hot tubs an 2 pools were great. Full bar and Bikini Bob's on site for good food priced very affordable. Can't wait to come back.

The only complaint was that we had no idea there was construction going on so some mornings we woke up to that, but that is definite out of the unit owners control. We still had a good stay!

The place was really nice. It was just a little too crowded with teenagers for me, and parking was horrible but it was beautiful.

Great condo!

Wonderful location and property. We were able to control the HVAC which was wonderful. Comfy king sized bed. Kitchen was a little small but space has a great view.

Cara just loves renting this beautiful condo to Panama City Beach visitors and in the process, making new friends. She and her husband grew up in neighboring small Alabama towns, only 90 minutes from the beautiful Florida beaches. They've spent their whole lives enjoying all kinds of beach activities like swimming, snorkeling, fishing, canoeing, and boating. Panama City Beach was the natural choice when they wanted to purchase their own piece of paradise. As a true Southerner, Cara loves to share the famous "southern hospitality" with her guests at her own property as well as the others she manages. She'd love to host you and your family. You're certain to fall in love with this beautiful condo -- in fact, you probably won't want to leave!
