I choose the neighborhood for safety, friendly people, central location, making it easier to get around. It's close to beautiful beaches, historic sites that once stored crops(silos) for the local farmers, pineapple farms, and natural habitats. The area is rich in tourists' attractions, while also offering convenient accesses to grocery stores, gas stations, North Eleuthera airport, shopping, and more, It's peaceful and a quiet place, perfect for relaxation and exploration.
