The owner of the home is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables brought by the guest. We encourage you to lock the door(s) whenever you leave

We do not charge a pet fee; therefore, we expect pet owners to pick up after their pets both inside (pet hair) and outside (pet waste). We have provided a pet clean up kit to use during your stay. If you do not clean up after your pet, we will issue a pet clean-up fee of $75 per hour with a one-hour minimum
