The loft feels spacious with over 1,300 sq. ft. interior with vaulted ceilings featuring one beautiful bedroom, a singular, fully-equipped bathroom, a modern kitchen, and tall windows overlooking Main Street.
Our contemporary kitchen caters to all your culinary needs. It features state-of-the-art appliances including oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a collection of culinary utensils and flatware. Whether you`re baking or preparing a casual dinner, our fully stocked kitchen promises a seamless cooking experience.
Retreat to our cozy bedroom, boasting ample storage space and a luxurious king bed with a dual-controlled heated mattress cover. A beautifully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower adjoins the bedroom ensuring your utmost comfort.
Take advantage of our high-speed WiFi and set up your workstation at the desk in the loft or at the large dining table.
Other notable amenities include a forced-air furnace, smart locks, exterior security camera ensuring you`re home away from home is convenient and secure.
The West loft has a 2nd story loft with a queen bed and office allowing this unit to comfortably sleep up to 4.
Perched in prime location, you have instant access to shopping centers, restaurants, bars, movie theater, an ice cream shop, and much more. Street parking is available, and all downtown attractions are within comfortable walking distance.

Welcome to our home! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:
General Rules
• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, as there are neighbors.
• Parking: Park on Resort Street and enter through the wooden door.
• Shoes: Remove shoes indoors or ensure they are free of dirt to help keep the home clean.
• Overnight Guests: Visiting guests not on the reservation require prior approval.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please collect and dispose of cigarette butts.
Pet Policy (for Travelers with Animals)
• Pets must be pre-approved (limit 2 dogs, under 70 lbs, and at least 1 year old).
• Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.
• Keep pets leashed around the neighborhood.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Report any pet-related damage before checkout.
• Please minimize barking out of respect for neighbors.
Additional Policies
• Damages: Guests will be charged for stained towels, linens, or damages beyond standard wear and tear.
• Excess Cleaning: An additional cleaning fee may apply if the property requires extra attention after your stay.
