This spacious townhome is prettily decorated, has access to an outdoor pool and tennis, and is back about 1/4 mile off Coastal Hwy. It is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 TV's, 2 DVD's, phone, a/c, and parking for 2 cars. No pets please, groups welcome from mid May - June 19, with $800.00 security deposit. Family rentals only after that point with $300.00 security deposit. Property can be rented Sun-Sun, Thurs - Thurs, or mini week. Occupancy 10. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Everything we needed.

House was perfect size for 8 people. Loved the balconies off of each room. Patio on main floor was very quaint and private. The only thing we didn't realize was the amount of stairs. A picture of the outside of the property would be helpful. We had a great time.

Out niece's 21st bday celebration

It was an amazing experience!! The only way we could have afforded it and it was perfect as we could all stay together! The place was so much nicer in person then all the pics we saw!! Awesome house!! Great set up and clean!!! Would definitely do it again!! Thank u!

Big family friendly

We have 4 boys, a daughter and a toddler. This house was literally perfect for us. There was plenty of space, close to the bay so the boys could fish, and the pool was tight in the back yard. The beach was right across coastal highway, but far away from the boardwalk which we prefer.

Place was well stocked and clean

Place had everything advertised. A/C in one bedroom did not work. I called first day and they said they would call me back. Never did, I called second day gentleman was real nice and helpful. Sent out technician who could not fix the AC, so we were without AC in one of the bedrooms. Never offered us an alternative cooling source. Internet did not work, had advertised wrong network and password. Took me a half hour on the phone before they reset the network for it to work. Pool hours are advertised until 9 pm, however fob didn't work after 7 pm. Overall good experience besides these couple of hiccups. Very spacious for 8 people. Has 3 floors which are nice.

Nice Home

The property was a good size for our group of 5 adults. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed (No water in it and being painted) and we were not alerted. Overall nice place.
