The place was great, quite neighborhood, 2 block walk to the beach, nice pool, about 20 minute drive to the boardwalk, (traffic was heavy ),grocery store was walking distance, lot's of restaurants in walking distance.

The unit is located just 2.5 blocks from the ocean with the bay just a short walk the other direction. Finding the unit was the biggest challenge… Although parking is included, the unit (upstairs) does not front the parking lot; it’s entrance is located from a grassy area between the unit buildings…

DIRTY! DISGUSTING! DREADFUL! Had I known I could upload pictures onto here. No one in their right mind would stay here after us. We left it cleaner then when we walked in and the owner should be ashamed to even want someone to stay here. SLUMLORD!

Great location. Enjoyed close proximity to beach, shopping, pool on site! Good sound proofing, didn't hear neighborhood general noise.

Needs Some Updates

The beds squeaked when you moved, the can opener was outdated and a pain to use. No good cutting knives, toilet lid wouldn’t stay in place. Washing Machine made a terrible noise but worked. Definitely not an 8 out of 10 rating. They did provide beach chairs and boogie boards if we needed them, but we didn’t.

Not impressed

Well first dryer knob was broke and on the floor. ( I fixed it from a dryer out for garbage) glass all over the deck and downstairs. One bedroom you have to connect the tv with that. Tv in living room only has 10 channels. Pull out mattress was dirty. Crumbs on counter. Table up on deck is not one you can have a umbrella in. I was told to bring your own bed sheets so we did, but when we got there the beds were made already. Looked perfectly made like a cleaning services. Here to find out the last person must have left them. So that upset me sleeping on someone else's dirty sheets. So are the rooms really cleaned after each person leaves. Not worth the money that's for sure. Will not stay there again. Beach is 1 1/2 blocks but boardwalk is like a 20 minute drive.

Ocean City Getaway

Property was described as listed and was great for our family. The kids loved the pool available and it wasn’t a far walk to the beach. Great area!

Nice place for a long weekend

Nice place for an extended weekend. It was really nice to have 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
