Amazing house
We had a great time, everything was close and we really didnt have to travel far go places. Beach is very close by and grocery store is literally 3 min walk from the house. My kids had a blast in this house.

WONDERFUL STAY!!!
We all very very impressed with the cleanliness of this property - everything was organized and CLEAN! The property is centrally located in a lovely neighborhood so we could be "anywhere" in minutes. We will definitely stay here again...

First time in ocean city!
The house was really cute and spacious. The overall checkin process was pretty simple and I loved our host had a process book with close restaurants and things to do.

This is a great place to stay! Everything you need is very close by. There’s a beach a couple blocks away, a grocery store around the corner and lots of stores and food places. The house is SO cute. We really enjoyed our stay. The only down side is that it was very cluttered. There wasn’t much room for food etc. Overall I’d definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable
It’s in a great quiet location and such a nice house. We went for a concert festival so we didn’t spend much time there but it had everything we could want or need and it’s a great location. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in OC near everything but not too close to the chaos of the inlet area.

Fun little escape!
We have been going to Ocean City for years. This property was great, and being bayside kept us off the beaten path. The community was quiet, yet easy walking distance to shops and food.
The house was surprisingly comfortable, even for our family of 5! There are steps to get in and out of the front and back doors, and the spiral stairs inside can be tricky, but otherwise the house was great!

Cozy house, great location
The house is very nice, cute and cozy, clean. It had everything we needed as a family with little kids: fully equipped kitchen, enough beds and blankets, AC with independent temperature setting in each room. We had no maintenance issues whatsoever, everything was functional and clean.
The location is great: walking distance to the beach, to grocery stores, a lot of restaurants, tennis courts, playground, the bay, yet far enough from the noise of the boardwalk.

Overall cleanliness not on par with other rentals we’ve stayed in. However, I mentioned this to the property manager upon arrival who sent cleaner back within the hour to tackle some of the more obvious cleaning issues. Otherwise, the house is very close to beach, park, and some shops and restaurants which made walkability great. The property manager was very helpful with local information and had several recommendations for local events and good restaurants. Coming from out of state this was a great help. Property manager was very helpful months leading up to stay with giving information and explaining the rental. Overall we had a good week in OC, but might find a different place to stay next time.

Lovely weekend
The space was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable.
The communication surrounding check in was a little confusing, there is nothing on the listing saying that we have to go to an independent office to pick up and drop off the keys. The office didn't reach out until the morning of check-in, and I was a little confused and worried that there was something wrong with my booking.
Ultimately, it was a quick trip to the office, and they were easy to work with, so no complaints after the initial communication challenge.
