302 Carla Ave- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
A perfect pet friendly, beach cottage! The home is walking distance to Dewey yet in the quiet neighborhood of Seabreeze, just off of RT 1. A spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, an open dining/ kitchen area and a large living room that open onto the back deck. The back deck is a great place to enjoy a night at the beach! The home has plenty of off street parking. Nightly and monthly rentals permitted.

This is a non smoking home. $250 pet fee per pet, dogs only! 2 pet max and no dogs over 60lbs.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is 198.00.

Bedding- 1 Double, 1 Queen, 2 Singles, 1 Queen

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Very accommodating for groups and dogs

This home was the perfect size for us (8 total) and had everything we needed for grilling, serving meals, making coffee, etc. We were able to walk to the beach every day. It can be hard to find a great place that allows dogs too, so that was a main reason for choosing this home. The 250 cost was expensive, as the dog is very well trained and leaves less of a mess than any human, but it worked for us and we are very happy!

Thanksgiving holiday

My family members stayed here as I don't have enough space for everyone. They were comfortable, the house was clean and conveniently close to my house. Thank you for the availability during the "off season".

Wonderful Stay!

I would highly recommend this house. They kindly allowed us to stay on the dates we needed, which were not Saturday - Saturday. We were there for our daughter's wedding which was at The Lighthouse. We were able to set up a base for the family and get back and forth to the Lighthouse easily - while having a place to spend time together. The house was close enough to the beaches and night life, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. We had everything we needed. Thank you!

Perfect for our Group

Spacious living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Location as ideal, around the corner from our friend's house. Two things would be helpful to make it easier for a wheelchair user who can transfer. Railings on the front porch apparently were there once but aren't there now; they should be replaced. Also, grab bars for the toilet in the hall bathroom would be very helpful.

Perfect spot for our family and dogs

This house was perfect for our family (4 kids under 12 and two dogs). It was very clean when we arrived and just as described in the listing. It’s in a great location about 3 blocks from the beach, very walkable. Only an 8 minute drive to Rehoboth boardwalk. House is in a quiet neighborhood. Only thing I would mention was there were a lot of mosquitos outside but that might have been just a temporary issue in the area. If you plan on spending time on the back deck (which is very nice and shaded!) I would be prepared with some citronella candles and bug spray in case they are still bad. Overall we had a great time, no complaints, and our kids want us to book the same place again next year.
