21000 Rogers Ave. - Such a perfect home for a beach vacation! The cottage has recently been remodeled and has a modern and relaxing coastal theme. There is a roomy living area along with an eat in kitchen and front porch. This cottage is surprisingly spacious with ample seating in all rooms! The back yard is fenced in and there is a rear deck with a picnic table to enjoy outside entertaining. This home is located down a quiet street just outside of Dewey and Rehoboth Beach, a mere .4 miles to the beach, approximately a 4 block walk. There is parking at the home for 3 cars.
The home is pet friendly with a $250 non refundable pet fee, per pet. Dogs Only. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $177.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
Totally enjoyed our stay in a newly discovered neighborhood in Rehoboth. Has two comfortable bedrooms , each with a queen bed and a single bed and two bathrooms. The air conditioning was fabulous. The House had a fenced in yard, which was great for my dog to play. We were supplied many towels Bed sheets, which was great

Great place when there was hot water
Stayed a weekend with my wife, mother and infant. Everything was going smoothly until there was no hot water. We discovered this as we were trying to get ourselves together to depart.
I called the property manager who asked me to check a few things. Then the owner walked me through other things to check. No dice. They apologized repeatedly. The manager asked if id like a reimbursement and I said yes. They said they’d get back to me the next day. They never did. I texted four days later to which the property manager said they’d reach out to the owner about it. I never heard back.
Most of our stay was great but taking a cold shower that morning was a great reminder that I never need to check a fuse box at a hotel.

Amazing spacious, clean rental in quiet location
We had an amazing week long stay at this property. Don’t let the curb appeal fool you, this rental is completely updated on the inside with an open floor plan from the dining to kitchen area and a large den/family room. There was plenty of space for my family of 3, including our infant and our dog. The property is fully fenced in so it was perfect for our dog who we could safely let out at any time of day. The rooms were just enough room and the two full bathrooms plus outdoor shower made the options a plenty! Plus the laundry in the basement was a bonus, it’s located beneath a storm door but is a fully normal/nice basement.
The location was on a very quiet street far enough from the main road where you didn’t hear any noise. It is a bit far from the beach, but it worked for us since we knew we would be spending more time at home then on the beach with an infant.
I would definitely rent this property again and suggest it to others!
