Beautiful new camper. Very clean. Large rv cover and large concrete. Large deck overMost other places don’t have a cover. During our Texas heat with no cover it makes a rv very uncomfortable! You need the cover to keep you cool and out of the rain.Large concrete pad . Some other rentals just sit on grass. So just sit on our concrete covered area and barbecue and watch the beautiful birds. Has beautiful sunsets from the large shared 10feet high deck, and a great view of all the barges going by .Has a fire pit with a grill on top of it to cook on. Fish and crab right out your back door
Large queen bed. .This is not a RV park! It is private.Has a large deck over looking the intercoastal waterway. We have a private boat ramp at the end of the road and also beach access at the other end of our road.You can drive your boat up to the camper.

This place is definitely a come back to. It was clean and perfect. The sun sets were beautiful from the upper deck. The host is a top notch person. We will definitely be coming back

We really enjoyed the time we spent at this property. It had a nice view of the adjacent small canal and intracoastal canal right down the road, with tugboats and barges and fishing boats going by. We caught a mess of crabs in the canal! The trailer had cold A/C and a great TV, we caught a couple of world cup soccer games on. I am looking forward to going back again.

Family 4th of July

This property is off the beaten path compared to where we have stayed on other visits but still in a great location if you plan to hit the beach and avoid the crowds. Also, we were able to fish the canal in the morning a few steps from the door. The RV seemed new and was very clean. It was the perfect size for our family of four. Butch was friendly and just next door and accommodating for anything we needed on during our stay. Plan to be back.
