Enjoy the views of the Dubai Marina from the cosy living area, fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, and a coffee table. The sleeping area is complete with a double bed, fresh linens, bed lamp as well as table and chairs that can be used as a dining area.

The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, a stove, microwave, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well!

The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, and a large mirror and comes with complimentary toiletries and towels.

The building includes a gym and sauna.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

The apartment is located in a fantastic location for business travellers and tourists! You're within a quick drive to Dubai Marina, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina Walk and Jumeirah Beach!
There are some great dining options in the area as well, including Nola Eatery, Mythos Kouzina & Grill and Hyu Korean. If you're planning to cook at home, you can pick up groceries at the supermarket in Dubai Marina Mall nearby.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. The closest train station is Sobha Realty Metro Station, which is 450m away. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.

DXB Airport is 30 mins away by car.
Marina Walk is just 12 mins away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 20 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 20 mins away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 13 mins away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
