Given the location of the building in JBR, one can find amenities like leisure spots, malls, restaurants, beaches, educational institutions and medical facilities close to Murjan 2.
Payment for Security Deposit is required at reservation and will be used for any fines and damages committed by the guest. Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, including deductions that might occur in case of possible damages, missing items or cancellation of reservation.
