Family time!

We had a fantastic stay. The condo is in a great location. Watching the sunset from the covered patio was definately a plus! The entire condo met our needs perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

Love the location and the property. Stayed on the ocean side of Marina Del Mar condos. Fantastic view. Great beach. Grandkids loved the pool. Great food in the harbor. Just a special place for us.

Great spot, but upgrades are needed badly for the amount you pay to rent

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a great location and such a good place to be to relax. Got to watch a surf competition from the living room and kitchen. The rental host was very sweet and helpful. There were only a few things I did not care for, but still enjoyed our trip. First is the fridge. It constantly made loud and annoying noises. It was slightly warm when we got there, but ended getting so cold that it froze things in the fridge and made some of food spoil. Also, the stove range had a burner out and you had to light it with matches. Then there was the toilet in the larger bathroom, in the back part of the toilet there was a piece that kept disconnecting the thing that makes it flush. We just kept fixing it by putting it back, but a few times it sprayed water everywhere! lol Not fun having to fix a toilet on your vacay. That COUCH!!! Definitely has seen some better days. It was a nice couch in its good days, but this thing needs to be retired. A decent couch cost way less than our stay. The supposed Wi-Fi that we could never get to work and the horrible phone service, this disrupted any work we had to do while on our stay. Finally, there were little things like unfinished patch work on the wall in one bathroom and the much needed shade in the kitchen to block the sun while you cook/eat dinner. I still liked the perks like the laundry machines you can pay using an app and how the place is stocked with all kinds of stuff that you may need during the trip. The closet was full of items for the beach. Overall, great place but it would be extremely better if those problems were fixed.

Wonderful!

I raised my kids on the beach in Oceanside Harbor so spending time in this condo was a special treat for me! You cannot beat the view and the location. Several restaurants, shops, and a great coffee place are located within the harbor so you don't really even need a car. Cindy, the property manager was terrific and really worked with me when I needed to change my check-in time. The property was VERY clean, if not dated, but the kitchen was stocked with everything and more, which I really appreciated. There is traffic and people noise during the day and into the early evening, but given the location, I knew there would be. The quiet hours at the property were very well observed while I was there. The only thing that bothered me was the internet. The unit did not have its own private WiFi network. There were several, shared, wifi networks at the complex that you could choose from, but all of them were slow at times. It did not bother me enough to complain because I was not trying to work. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Million dollar view

Being approximately 100 yards plus from the ocean was incredible. The place was nice, but needed a bit of TLC. The ceiling fan in the one bedroom didn't work, the railing on the patio was covered with dirt from the construction and unfortunately the unit's A.C. system didn't really cool the condo much. We kept the sliding glass door to the patio open at night to get the cool breeze off the ocean at night. Overall it was a pretty nice experience, and very quiet once the sun went down. Enjoyed watching the surfers every morning, and again the view was incredible.

Location was amazing - the beach is literally across the street. The breeze comes right through the kitchen and family room windows. Bedrooms do not get air though. Make sure you rent in the A building only...B would not have the same view at all.No A/C--We didn't need it in June, but I wouldnt stay here in the hotter summer months.Newer paint/granite, but older bathrooms, one is super tiny.Construction can be loud at times, but it wasn't continuous. Pool has been shut for months and does not look anywhere close which is why they offer a discount. They are also not locking up the gates at night during construction which was a bit concerning.I loved the location and price enough to stay here again, but wouldn't put more then 4 in the condo with the small bathrooms and only 4 chairs to the table.Amazing balcony views...want to end on a good note!

Family getaway..

Amazing view.. beach was truly walking distance. Peaceful, relaxing, local food and shops walking distance as well. Balcony view sunset...WOW..Home was clean spacious, very beautiful . Cindy was very friendly replied quickly and made sure we got in on time. Communication was amazing. Definitely on my top places to return to! My wife and boys are already wanting to book for next year!
