The spacious living room features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The adjoining dining area features a large table that comfortably seats 6 and can be extended to fit 8. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal or whipping up a quick snack. The coffee bar features a drip and Keurig style coffee maker and regular coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided. Retreat to one of the 4 bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. Each room is tastefully decorated with cozy linens and has its own unique charm. One bedroom is on the main floor and features a full pull out couch and desk. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms offer queen-sized beds. Head down to the basement for some game room fun featuring a PacMan arcade game, foosball, and a retro classic Nintendo console. There is also a pull out couch for extra sleeping arrangements. Our home is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Firestone Country Club, Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, and Portage Lakes State Park. 🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for an additional $40/night (total not per pet) with a max of $240
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.

📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
