We’d stay there again!

Clean and located right outside downtown made I easy to get to a lot of the things we wanted to do. Outdoor area was nice as well just gotta remember the bug spray, mosquitos! But it is the south and to be expected.

Lovely place, very clean with many amenities. Comfortably accommodates 8 guest. Wish our entire party could make it. Would have enjoyed the backyard area and grill if we had a longer stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Lafayette area.

General Mouton

Perfect house for our family of five. It gave us quick access to the different events we were attending. Loved the swamp tour that was close by and the many eateries close by.

Very clean, house is bigger than you would expect. Rooms are huge, beds were comfy. Walking distance to the college, but a very lengthy walk to the football field if you dare. Nice small mix clean backyard with a propane grill that was clean and worked perfectly. We will definitely be requesting to stay here again.

Great Home Away from Home

This was a perfect choice for our family. The 3 bedrooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the fire pit and swing, however we had to purchase firewood from the store. The house was stocked with plenty of seasonings for cooking. We had our 11 month old grandson with us and we were so thankful that a pack and play was available. Overall we’re really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for families.

Perfect house for our needs. Comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Appreciate the small disposable items, from seasonings, herbs and spices, washing pods, shampoo and coffee etc. -makes a difference for people on an extended stay in the US like us. Location was great, walking distance to downtown with all the shops, bars and restaurants, and the university campus. Communication with hosts seamless. We will stay again when next in Louisiana 100%

The house was clean and spacious. The owner was very responsive when the air conditioning needed a quick repair. We appreciated how fast the issue was resolved. Good location for getting around town , but the little apartment complex next door was noisy and had questionable aromas blowing into the yard when we were outside with the dog. No one bothered us as we were outside and walking by with the dog. Make sure to bring bug spray for anytime you are going out the back door. Plenty of parking for two cars behind the gate.
