Welcome to Three Pines Chalet, a cozy mountain retreat nestled in the heart of Pocono Lakes in Arrowhead Community. Our chalet features 3 plush bedrooms, 2 full size bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and air-conditioning.
You can enjoy the serene forest views from the deck and patio. The chalet is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, a loft with fuse-ball table, and smart TV's with YouTube TV.

ARROWHEAD LAKE RENTAL POLICY
**Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community which provides added safety
**GUEST REGISTRATION: These fees are not included in nightly rate. Detailed instructions will be provided following booking and guests are responsible for community fees.
Gate keys are $20 per vehicle.
Transaction Fee $25.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP PASSES: Passes are required for guests 6+ and they give you access to the wide array of community amenities. Fees ensure that the community maintains its beauty, safety & security. Passes are $8.50/person per day in season or $2.00/per person per day off season.
Cancelled trips 3+ days prior to arrival will receive a refund of their Arrowhead Lake registration fees.
Please note the community is closed to the public & any vehicles not included with your rental registration.
NOISE: Please be considerate of neighbors.
NO parties or events to be held at the chalet. Loud music/noise past 9pm may be reported to security if bothersome.
TRASH: A trash & recycling center is located inside the Main Gate behind Member Services. We ask that you drop off trash before leaving - the trash center is a drive through, manned with someone to assist with drop off.
PETS: We do allow pets, at an additional cost of $35 per animal for length of stay. This fee will be invoiced along with your membership fee. Must notify us upon booking.

The host was excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The house was very clean and the fireplace set the tone. Thermostats and TV controls were as simple as can be. The house is very conveniently placed near the second entrance of Arrowhead which makes it very quiet!

Lovely home in the woods

Absolutely charming with everything we needed to relax and celebrate Thanksgiving. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying the deck and yard. Very clean and comfortable couch with fireplace.

It was a very nice chalet. Great community & also any question I had the host would reply. The only inconvenience was that the chalet didn’t have AC not a huge problem but at some points it was a little too hot for our dogs

This was a last minute reservation and we were surprised that such a nice home that was pet friendly was available. The home is a 3 bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room and nice deck and patio area in the back which accommodated 4 of us with 2 little dogs perfectly. The home was very clean, with some small nice details and was very cozy as well. The deck was very nice to sit out in. We could not take in alot of the amenities as it rained every day here and there but it was perfect for what we needed. The most important part was how accommodating, responsive and welcoming the home owners Monica and BJ were. Mainly spoke with Monica but she was nothing but amazing with quick responses which made out stay that much better. Definitely will return.

Frustrated

The day we arrived there was a mix-up & it could not get fixed until the next day. This created a lot of chaos that was not needed. The owner charged us for the mix-up and just added it to our invoice. We were surprised they were allowed to do that. After all the chaos we enjoyed our week. We cut our stay early because the house had no air conditioning & the house was 82 degrees… we could not take it anymore & our dogs were so hot.

Eileen, I know your frustration, but as you know, our property is inside a gated community. Our listing clearly states the fees to enter the community, gate passes and temporary memberships are separate from the booking. You immediately informed us upon booking that you did not need membership and not to charge you, as you owned land within the community and have your own gate passes and bracelets. The confusion you are referring to is that, we took your word, did not sign you up as a temporary member and upon your arrival at the rental office they refused your entry. As you later told me, you never paid your dues for the year and only had last year's bracelets and lost your gate pass to enter the community. We did end up resolving this issue that night as I informed you to not go to the rental office, but go to the main gate to gain access since your a land owner. After you gained access to our home an hour later, we talked on the phone and I informed you, I will sign you up for the temporary memberships and gate passes so you can enjoy all the amenities. Informed you of the costs and I submitted the paperwork. You said no problem. Confirmed with your husband multiple times prior to submitting the paperwork then proceeded to submit. The following morning we did make sure you were ok and sent you the invoice accordingly. Thursday August 1st we called to make sure you were enjoying your stay and make sure you received the invoice for the memberships, you said you were heading home due to the heat and will pay when you got home. You did not submit the payment that night but yes, an automatic payment for the fees was charged at the end of the stay the following day. Our booking does state we currently do not have air conditioning, Unfortunately, the Poconos are going through a higher than normal heat this summer, which we can't control. Trust me, I wish we could. Opening windows and turning ceiling/portable fans on, does help. We are working on looking into air-conditioning as the summers seem to be getting warmer and warmer. We are very glad you enjoyed you stay otherwise, thank you!

Family and dog friendly, with lots of things to do!

Three Pines Chalet was exactly as pictured. Beautiful, bright rooms. There was plenty of space for our family of ten and our dogs! Everything was super clean, the bath towels and linens were nice and soft. We were there in August so the patio was gorgeous, surrounded by lush woods complete with a babbling brook. Even better than in the pictures! There are houses close by but it didn’t feel populated. The community is very quiet. There are a lot of things to do here. Multiple pools, playgrounds, lakes for swimming, fishing and boating. Most of my family have their own kayaks, but one of my kids rented a canoe from the Rental Shack. The rental process was easy and the rates were very reasonable. They also have paddle boards and kayaks to rent. Dogs aren’t allowed in common areas, but they are allowed in the rental boats. My two-year-old granddaughter loved the pool and the splash pad (my daughter in law took her to the facility across the road from the Rental Shack while the rest of us were out on the lake). Communication was excellent. Our hosts answered every question we had, both before and during our stay, in a matter of minutes. We arrived in three separate cars, at three different times, and worried slightly about checking in. You have to get gate passes from the rental office to access the community, the rental was in my name and I wasn’t with my adult children when they were checking in, but it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, it was a great experience.
