The house was very clean and so was the pool. The street is crowded, but that is to be expected in the area. Home is very close to White Oak Bayou bike trail, and that was important to us, as we like to bike and explore the area. I would defiantly recommend this home if you're in the area.

As expected

This property is as described. Beautiful backyard. Location is centrally located in Houston. Spacious indoors with each bedroom having a bathroom. Nice size kitchen/living area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great communication with the agency, pretty clean, minimalist furniture-wise. Couldn't enjoy the pool due to wasps, there were few wasp nests in the neighboring property and this house as well. If you are into cooking your own meals, bring your own pots and pans, as the ones provided are quite worn out. The fridge filter needed to be changed, hopefully they took care of it after we checked out. The house was pretty good, as described, overall adequate stay for the money paid. It was few small details that make stay comfortable that were missing, apart from what I have described above, small things like no place to drop clothes in the downstairs bedroom (even a chair would work, nothing fancy is expected); no hand towel in the second floor bathroom, no kitchen towels (fabric). The sofas in master bedroom and in the living areas are somewhat dirty. But once again, it was not bad at all, but we would not stay there again.

Staycation DD

I really enjoyed how easy it was to check in. The flexibility of management was helpful, easy, and efficient. That is a huge benefit for a woman of a certain age checking in by herself. Another thing I want to compliment was the level of grace and patience and kindness that I needed to send my information. Thant was very much appreciated.

High Expectations

Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very responsive when we had WiFi issues. And even reached out to see if we needed an earlier check in. The property is a little more worn than the pictures indicated. It must rent quite frequently. However, the unit was very clean and the beds quite comfortable. The weather didn't allow us to be outside but it has nice space for gathering. I believe the pool needs some maintenance work. The kitchen is very spacious and well stocked. I would recommend renting this property.
