Welcome to Seaside Escape, a luxurious 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo designed for the ultimate coastal retreat. With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, this elegant condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area adorned with modern furnishings and breathtaking views of the sparkling waters. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere for relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts ample counter space, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table or out on the private balcony overlooking the ocean.

The bedroom is a serene sanctuary, featuring a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa in the living area and bunk beds, ensuring plenty of space for all guests.

We took a last minute spring break with our 3 teenage girls here and had the best time! The pool area was beautiful and was nice to enjoy the scenery of the beach while relaxing poolside. We enjoyed shopping close by, getting ice cream, and all the good food!The space was clean and cozy. Everything was as advertised and we made some of the best memories and will be back!

Beautiful stay with great view. Condo was very clean and well stocked. The pillows in the primary bedroom were kinda flat and uncomfy I normally bring my own but this time did not. Other than that everything was great 10/10 would stay here again!

Great condo stay

The unit was very clean upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The view from the balcony was perfect. The only problem was the ice maker didn’t work and maintenance couldn’t fix it so we had to buy our own ice.

Beautiful view

The condo was amazing. My family and I had a great time. It’s conveniently located, we had a beautiful ocean view and my 3 year old LOVED the pool! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great spot

Great location and amenities!! Condo was clean and was as advertised. Only suggestion would be to provide a few more essentials items like beach towels and additional beach chairs (so expensive to rent them), additional trash bags, laundry detergent pods, toilet paper, and maybe some basic things for cooking like salt, pepper and cooking spray. We had an awesome time and would definitely return!!

Great condo with amazing view

Overall great condo. Very clean and the view off the balcony was amazing. The complex was clean. Wish the pool was heated but no worries there. Location was perfect as you could walk to many things. The elevator situation that everyone complains about wasn’t an issue. The longest wait we had was maybe 4-5 min. Only complaint I have was that the pillows were not comfortable at all. I would suggest either owner upgrade or to bring your own.

Not a ‘family friendly’ place

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our unit was nice, clean and well maintained. However, the property as a whole was outdated and extremely targeted for noisy and older residents. Most nights the pool had people and music well past 10 pm. The elevators were also a challenge- would recommend building 10-15 minutes extra time into your plans for any possible elevator ride. The beach posted signs that tents were not supposed to be used in front of a specific area however those rules didn’t seem to be enforced; this created heavy tent traffic and very little wind/breeze.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 nights and after the first night I did not sleep at all. On the second day we came back from the pool and a man was in our condo. He did not have any type of ID or uniform to confirm who he was but said he was there to fix our washer. My husband’s wallet, my purse, and many other valuables were all in the condo. This man had the passcode to our condo and let hisself in and no one warned us he would be coming. Our daughter was terrified and slept with us the rest of the trip. The man ruined my son’s clothes while working on the washer. He left a mess in the sink of what he cleaned out of the washer and he smelt terrible. We had to spray the room and closed the bathroom door after he left. We have called Blue swell twice and was told they will get back with us but we have not heard back from them either time. We did not feel safe for the rest of our trip and I was exhausted after our 5 night stay. We found a toenail clipping in the sheets of the master bed and the floors were very dirty when we arrived.

It is unacceptable that someone entered the unit without prior notice or proper identification, and we completely understand how this would make you feel unsafe. We are also sorry to hear about the condition in which the washer repair was handled, the damage to your son’s clothes, and the mess that was left behind. The cleanliness issues you mentioned, including the state of the floors and bed linens, are equally concerning and far below our expectations. These are being addressed directly with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure they do not happen again. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up from our team after your calls. Timely communication is essential, especially when concerns are as serious as yours, and we regret that we failed to provide that. Room was clean, no curtain on bedroom window so I found curtains in the closet and hung them up on curtain rod holders! Outside door desperately needs painting. Other than that I loved everything. We plan on returning!
