Gorgeous 1 bedroom with bunk room and 2 full bath. Beautiful views of the 14,000 sq. ft. pool AND the gulf. Lay back and relax on one of the chaise lounges and enjoy the amazing views. 2 reserved parking spaces located on the second floor of the parking garage.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you can think of that you may need during your stay. It even has an electric griddle for making pancakes for the kiddos.

The living area has a plush sleeper sofa and love seat. A 65” smart t.v. with bluray player is available for your entertainment.

The master bedroom features a comfortable, king-sized bed. No skimpy linens here. There is a privacy door at the entrance of the bathroom not featured in most units. Wake up to amazing views of the gulf. It also features a 40' flat screen t.v. and DVD player.

The bunk room is conveniently located next to the 2nd full bathroom. A smart tv is located in here as well. We have added a door to the bunk room for added privacy. Included in the bathroom is a washer and dryer.

This is a very luxurious condo, tastefully decorated, with all recent furnishings.

Great time

We loved this place! Close and convenient to places to eat and shop. Had to leave early because of weather approaching, which made us sad! Definitely would recommend and stay here again

Family vacation

Great stay at this condo! Clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool, beach boards and board games. Bed was a little to firm, but other then that we had a great vacation!

Great winter getaway

Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful view of the gulf. Good places to eat nearby. Couldn't ask for anything any better.

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach

This condo is beautiful, clean, secure! The kitchen has everything you will need. The balcony has an amazing view of the properties outdoor pool and the beach! Pineapple Willie’s is right next door! Love that this unit is on 21st floor and it has to parking spots in the garage!

Loved it!

The unit was awesome and well kept. Plenty of utensils, plates/bowls, access to dishwasher and washing machine/dryer was a major plus! Definitely will stay there again!

Amazing views! Perfect location! Great beach- Wonderfull

We had an excellent time! No rain or bad weather for 6 days straight. Never had any problems navigating the resort. The elevators worked and we had little wait times everyday. this is the place to stay if you visit Panama City! thank you !

Short but nice

Room and property were great. Liked the parking being on the second floor. Elevators a little slow but not terrible. Loved the room. My husband had a medical problem and we only got to stay 3 out of the 7 days we had booked. We had to leave early but hope to some day return .

Our first vacation since COVID

The condo was great! Excellent views, very clean, great amenities and the extras you need when you're traveling far from home, i.e. beach gear. The property owner was very kind, helpful and responsive. We'd happily stay at any of Chris' properties if he'd have us!

Family vacation

We was pleased with the room. We really enjoyed being on the higher level, was not sure at first, but this made getting an elevator easier. One downfall was the wait for luggage cart during check in.

Family Spring Break

The condo was exactly as described and the check in instructions provided were accurate and simple. We loved being so close to the pool and the beach and spent every day going between the two! The space was just right for our family of 5, 2 teens and a 9 year old. I loved sitting on the balcony as the sun came up, listening to the waves and drinking my coffee! Thank you for helping make our family's first trip to Florida amazing!!

Awesome Property And Host

We really enjoyed our two-week stay at this property. Very clear and easy check-in and check-out procedures. Host was very responsive. Condo was roomy, attractively decorated and well equipped. King bed’s mattress was very comfortable. Two parking spaces in attached garage. Condo was within walking distance to several good restaurants and bars. Loved the view from the large balcony overlooking the gulf. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the property owner was great. Everything the property owner could control was good. Pool and beach access is great. The elevators are terrible, with waits up to 45 minutes. Nothing the owner can do about it but would like to pre-warn people as it made it very difficult at times.

Fall Break

The condo was perfect and supplied with everything we needed! The beach chairs that are included with the room out on the beach are a little bit of a walk, and expect a wait for the elevators, but that is out of the owners hands. Everything else was great. The beach toys that were provided was nice and the kids enjoyed using the boogie boards. The view from the room was amazing. Would definitely rent again!

Great condo

Condo was awesome for the second year in a row. Outside hot tub was not hot. Inside hot tub/pool was way over chlorinated and burned the eyes; and the hot tub was scalding. Everything else was great!

Great Perks and Spacious

Overall it was a great trip! A bit of a hiccup with the parking pass and wrist bands as the housekeeper forgot to leave the packet but the host was receptive and took care of it immediately! The other reviews were right in saying it’s a bit of a hike to register for the beach chairs BUT once we told the guy where we were staying he got them almost directly in front of the condo for the whole week so we didn’t need to go back to the hut every day! Condo was spacious and smelled amazing upon entering! Would definitely recommend!

Great location and property!

We had such a lovely week in this condo. It had everything we needed. We normally stay near Pier Park and decided to try staying in a different section of PCB. This location was perfect. It was close to all of our favorite restaurants. The pool is gorgeous and makes you feel like you’re at a resort. From the photos on this listing, I was worried that the view was more of the pool and had a side view of the ocean, but the view was great and straight onto the beach. We watched the sting rays and dolphins from the balcony with no issue. The balcony is very spacious. My only complaint was the beds weren’t very comfortable (too firm for me). I ended up sleeping on the couch more comfortably. Also, pro-tip. When we came there were 3-4 souvenir cups for Pineapple Willie’s above the stove. If you take those over there, a refill is only 10-12 for delicious drinks!

Wonderful condo with amazing view

Our condo was just perfect and Chris the owner was so easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. The view from the balcony is amazing. Only complaints I could possibly give would be the elevators and the parking garage but those have nothing to do with the owner and his actual condo. The condo was clean, plenty of linens and pillows, thick nice towels to dry off with, kitchen was set up with essentials needed for quick meals in the condo. I def look forward to coming back in the future. I was a little concerned about the staff at the resort because I had heard rumors of them being terrible but every one was so nice and helpful! Would def recommend staying here just be patient in regards to the elevators but that’s at most all the high rises with condos.
