Modern studio apartment above garage on our 2-acre peaceful setting. Calm beautiful, picturesque setting for quiet peaceful stay. Large driveway for parking small to oversize vehicles with private entrance. Guests can enjoy screened-in side porch for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Blackout curtains have been hung for a great night's sleep.
Although secluded, the property is minutes from both I-40 & I-77 interstates.

Emerald Dreams as we like to call the Studio apartment, due to the luxurious Emerald Green Carpet that I just couldn't part with, is in a very peaceful & quiet neighborhood. We often see deer & the occasional wild turkeys roaming the property. What is so charming is the setting is surrounded by acres of pine trees to the side & rear of the property. Providing a private, secure environment. Only minutes from I-40 & I-77, located in the county east of Statesville. Within easy driving times all the shopping & restaurants of Mooresville is close, and then mountains to the North provide the perfect location.

The neighbors on this street are top notch. Friendly, thoughtful and very happy to say hey!
The property is absolutely beautiful, with a 2 acre yard & virtually no close neighbor homes. The home was built in 1988 & has been lovingly maintained & upgraded over the years. It is truly a gem!!
