This modern-chic flat offers you a comfortable and nice experience in the coolest neighborhood Laureles, centrally located and close to all the tourist attractions of the city.
It is perfect for nomads or couples who come to explore the tree-lined streets of Medellín, it has all the basics for a pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood. It has two spaces, living room-kitchen and bedroom with private bathroom, plus a desk to work, and a balcony overlooking a small park in front of the building.

Nice location. Cafe downstairs has a number of friendly neighborhood people that stop by. Easy 5 to 10 min walk to countless restaurants and bars.

Small but fine for a couple.

Caroline, the host, is very responsive and helpful.Pricing is fair. The property is as described, though if you are new to Colombia and Medellín, know that most buildings are not plumbed to include hot water in the sinks or washers. Just in the shower. We stayed 15 nights while studying Spanish in a local language school in Belen. Our only challenge was street and bar noise into the night, with regular cargo flights lifting off or landing at the nearby airstrip. Ear plugs are helpful. Quiets down around 10 and starts up at 6am.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Regarding the noise, it’s not something serious or anything to worry about; the area where the building is located is quite peaceful. The planes you mentioned are small. In fact, no one had complained about it before, as it is something normal in this area. We appreciate your observation.

This building has an exclusive location as it is located in the heart of Laureles. At 5 minutes walking distance you find Unicentro Shopping Mall; at 15 minutes walking distance is the nearest Metro station (Estadio); at only 10 minutes walking distance is La 70 which is a street where during the day you can visit the local cafes and at night it becomes the iconic street to have the best night life. It is also a few minutes walk from the Second park of Laureles where you can find a variety of restaurants offering local and international dishes.
