この広々としたウォーターフロントの家は快適に眠ります14。 4つのフルバスがあり、5つのベッドルームのうち3つはデラウェア湾に面し、独立したデッキがあります。 ケープメイの北11ブロックの便利な場所-ルイスフェリーターミナル、砂浜、穏やかでありながら楽しい波、デラウェア湾の素晴らしい夕日は、自宅やビーチからのそよ風と景色を楽しめる素晴らしい休暇場所を提供します愛好家は文字通り、水泳、貝採集、またはビーチでのリラックスから離れています。 Harpoon Henry's RestaurantとRaw Barがわずか3ブロック先にあるため、別荘から歩いてすぐの場所に食事とナイトライフがあります。

Amazing bay-front house

This house was beautiful! It easily accommodated my family (all 10 of us) and was in a perfect location for spending time on the beach or taking short trips over to explore Cape May. A few highlights: - Watching sunsets from any of the multiple bay-facing decks - Walking just a block and a half down the street to the local bar/restaurant - Sleeping in the extremely comfortable beds - Cooking big meals in the kitchen

Amazing House and Location! Already booked again for next summer!

Waterfront property with accommodations for 14 people and an abundance of chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the beach in front of the this beautiful home. The home is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Three master suites and two kitchens make it easy for everyone to be together without ever feeling crowded. The two car garage and large, wide driveway permits easy parking for everyone! Lastly, the sunsets are extraordinary whether viewed from one of the four decks or from the screened-in front porch! We have already booked this amazing home again for next year!

Paradise

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. Mere steps to the beach. Fabulous sunsets and the sounds of the waves just outside your window. So relaxing. Our favorite spot was the enclosed porch on the front of the house. Good coffee and good company. Can’t wait to go back! Alan was a superb host, taking care of absolutely everything. Very personable and kind. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Alan and his family for sharing his home with myself and my family. A vacation to remember and hopefully spend many more summers here.

Ever lasting memories...

We had such a great time! The home was beautifully clean and extremely roomy. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us! The kitchen was just gorgeous, and well stocked, everything you needed was only finger tips away. Having Beach access right across the street was excellent for our little grandchilderen. At night, there is so much to do around the area, we could'nt fit it all in! ( I guess we'll have to make another trip!). This home has access to the most beautiful sunsets... sitting outside on the upper decks... simply breathtaking!! But best of all, was sitting around the huge dining room table, during the evening meals, with the entire family, disscussing the days events... the joy I saw in our granchilderens eyes, was priceless. Alan, I can"t thank you enough for allowing us to share your beautiful home with our family. Hopefully we'll be able to do it again very soon. Thank you, The Meehan's

Great October Vacation

The house was beautiful and just what our family needed. Dinner on the deck and coffee on the front sun room was perfect. Beautiful views from each bedroom and plenty of beach toys which made it nice to not have to bring our own. We will definitely request to be back.

Superb Home

I've been to the Jersey shore dozens of times, but have never had this great of an experience. It's really hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay at 3 Shore Drive. North Cape May is a hidden gem. The house is right on Delaware Bay, and it's built so that the water view can be enjoyed from anywhere. There are many wonderful outdoor spaces and a screened in porch that everyone loved. The outdoor deck above the garage was another place we spent lots of time. You can have the full beach experience without leaving the house. The sunsets over the bay were incredible. There is plenty of space both upstairs and down. The kitchen is great and very well equipped. Lots of nice TV's. Excellent WIFI connectivity. In addition the location is convenient to everything; 5 minutes to the grocery store and many restaurants both eat in and take out are also very close by. Finally, the host was very responsive and helpful through out our stay. I can't recommend this home or host more highly. If you stay here, you'll want to come back. Robert Alman

Annual girls’ weekend

Our stay was lovely and the host could not have been better. We had a sudden change in plans and Alan and Horace were unbelievably accommodating. The house was well equipped, spacious, and so comfortable! Would definitely recommend this rental property.

Endless breathtaking sunsets on the Bay

My husband and I were excited to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary but had to change our original plans due to COVID-19. We decided to search for an opportunity that was driveable, provided access to wonderful restaurants for take-out, gave us space to social-distance without making us feel cramped, offered room for our puppy to run in the yard, and most importantly, was right on the water. Alan's home provided everything we wanted, and the sunsets were absolutely spectacular! The house features five bedrooms, three of which have balconies (with furniture) that face the Bay. You can sit there and enjoy your morning tea watching the dogs play on the beach, savor every stage of the sunsets, and relax as the moon reflects off the water. We enjoyed several meals on the upper deck and shared a champagne toast there on our anniversary during sunset. We were thrilled to discover that the fence runs around the entire property, giving our puppy plenty of space to play. The house is full of windows to let the natural light in, provide walls of sunshine and views of the Bay. We loved opening up all the windows in the four-season room at the front of the home, enjoying the cool breeze and spectacular views without getting sandy! Alan was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We would absolutely recommend his property! Alan, thank you so much for this opportunity!

Amazing family retreat.

This property far exceeded our expectations! This was a wonderful getaway for my family and this house had everything. Aside from the perfect location this enormous house is immaculate and very well appointed with almost everything a family could need for a great vacation in Cape May. The homeowner is extremely accommodating and very responsive. You can see the water from almost every room in the house, which can be a problem with a 2 year old who loves to swim! Fortunately the weather was perfect and the beach was used every day. This house has huge areas for the family to gather plus plenty of quiet porches, the roof top deck was a particular favorite. We can't wait to return! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Families from 2 states gathered for a vacation.

Last year we stayed in the Outer Banks at a fantastic house and we were concerned that we would not be able to "top" that house..... We did! This house was spectacular, the location was perfect and the beautiful sunsets every night that we watched from the upper deck were memorable! Views from the second floor made you feel like you were on a cruise ship.

Family Bayside Retreat

This home was perfect for a September get away with our children and grandchildren. The house was well maintained and had everything we needed. Perfect location

We just returned from a wonderful week! The house is so spacious; great for a family of adults, with plenty of queen beds and bathrooms. The views from the many balconies were stunning! A quick walk across the street took us to the beach, and at this time of year, it felt almost private. The house is comfortable and welcoming! We hope to be back in future years!

Best Vacation House Ever

We loved everything about this house. It was immaculate, very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and breathtaking views from almost every room. No need to bring beach toys, chairs or umbrellas--they are all there. Even with 13 of us we never felt crowded. Townbank is the best place to stay...friendly locals, quiet and clean beaches yet still close to everything, within walking distance to Harpoon Henry's. Sit on the decks and watch the sunset and dolphins...so relaxing and peaceful--really didn't want to leave! We highly recommend this house!

Vaca at N. Cape May - "the house was the best!"

Where do I start? This vacation rental was excellent, it had everything! The description was spot on and some! The location was great offering spectacular views from six different rooms of the sun setting on the mouth Delaware Bay. The house was immaculate. The five bedrooms and four bathrooms were more than enough for the 12 of us and 3 three additional family members, oh and I should not forget our two She-Poo's who had a great time as well! At dinner, when we ate at the house, there was a great dining room just off the main kitchen and a kitchen upstairs too! They are stocked with every utensil you could image, so don't bring anything! There is also a four burner BBQ Grill out back just off the wash room that was perfect. Again, don't bring anything, it's all there... A walk across the street will get you on your own beach of the Delaware Bay. Our family had a very active vacation. We kayaked all along the Bay, going almost as far as the Cape May Lewes Ferry docks a mile away! If you like, the Ocean is only a 5 mile drive across town. No biggie as we went there too. If you like Jet Skiing, go to Ocean Dr. and you can rent $60 per half hour with cash with an additional rider, great deal and we had a blast. The teenagers surfed up in Ocean City. The adults did a little wine tasting on rainy Wednesday at the Cape May Winery. The kids got two rounds of mini golf in at the Sunset Point and the beach. We did the WWII Tower and the Lighthouse. I think we did it all! When we got back to the house, the great room provided an enormous space to sit at the end of the evening and take in the Olympics as a family. It was so comfortable. I found the binoculars and looked out at the horizon in the twilight to see the tankers lined up in formation. The younger set of kids hung out over top of us in the Great upstairs room playing the WII. The yard was an exciting place for the dogs as they ran up, down and around and sniffed the flower beds, just enjoying the vacation as much as their human pets did. If you are thinking of getting the extended family together at the beach, rent this place! Best advice is, don't bring a thing other than food and clothes, Horace has everything here for you. I guess my nephew put it best when I asked him what he liked best about the vacation. His reply..."I liked the house the best, we all had our own place to play and hang out, the house was the best!" Wonderful Vacation

My family stayed at this vacation home for a week in late May. The experience was more than wonderful. The house is lovely and spacious. The screened porch was THE place to be at sunset! We made sure to plan our sunset experience either on the porch or on the beach directly across from the house to coincide with dinner. The view from the house looks out to the water and faces the same direction as the porch. There is no bad view. Sometimes at night you could hear in the distance the sounds of ships out at sea. If you love the sound of the waves coming into shore this is the home for your vacation. I had the best, the most restful sleep of my life. I suffer from insomnia, but I had no trouble sleeping at all. I wish I could live there all year long! Cape May was such a sweet town and we shopped in the quaint, lovely shops on our day away from the house. If you plan on dining out you must take a meal at the Lobster House. The freshest seafood right off the docks and into the restaurant. The dishes we ordered were well prepared and delicious. The portions were quite generous and allowed for leftovers at the house the next day. Our experiences at the beach house were all positive and we really have nothing negative at all to say regarding our vacation. We cherish the time we spent in this place and will always remember it.
