NOISE ORDINANCE
Please be mindful of the quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am, which include turning off all outdoor lights by 10:00pm. This ensures peace and serenity for everyone in the area.

POOL
The pool is seasonal and is not heated. We have the pool open from Memorial Weekend to October 1st. The pool has no lights.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for trash and avoid throwing loose garbage into the cans in the garage.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM; Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless requested at least 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. Approval is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If accommodated, an additional fee will apply.

Renting a car is the best way to explore Fairview and the surrounding areas. If you’re flying into Asheville Regional Airport (about 30 minutes away), you’ll find several car rental companies available. A car is recommended for getting to the ski resorts, national parks, and nearby towns.

RIDE-SHARING

Both Uber and Lyft operate in the Fairview area, providing an easy way to get to nearby attractions.

* **Damage Waiver:**
A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay. This is charged separately after booking and is required to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and helps us resolve accidental damage quickly.
