Our home sleeps up to 16 guests (up to 14 adults + 2 kids) and features a seasonally available in-ground swimming pool, hot tub, game room, fire pit, and more! From the moment you step inside Haven in the Hills Asheville, you will feel the warmth and comforts of this modern farmhouse-style home. This professionally designed residence, adorned with carefully curated decor and brand-new furnishings, is nestled just outside Asheville, ensconced in nature within a serene, private neighborhood. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a thoughtfully appointed coffee/tea bar, and a fully stocked culinary haven for all your cooking and entertaining endeavors. A grill and ample seating options invite you to savor meals indoors or beneath the open sky. This inviting home accommodates diverse sleeping arrangements, with five king beds, one queen bed, and a playful full-size bunk bed for the younger members. A pull-out queen sleeper-sofa in the basement adds versatility, allowing the house to accommodate large gatherings or create an intimate setting for smaller groups. The primary bedroom on the main floor boasts an en-suite bathroom, complemented by an additional full bathroom on the main floor and another full bathroom on the lower level.

The garage has been transformed into a bonus game room, featuring three arcade games, shuffleboard, air hockey, and a pool table. This comfortable space, complete with heating and air conditioning, seamlessly extends the home's allure throughout the year. As the day winds down, unwind with a movie or a round of cards at the poker table on the lower level. Stepping outside reveals an array of entertainment spaces. Grill up a feast and dine with loved ones on the upper deck, engage in post-dinner conversations by the gas fire pit, or perch on bar stools on the lower deck. The 6-person hot tub beckons relaxation, while the gas-heated swimming pool, available seasonally, promises hours of enjoyment. The outdoor spaces, illuminated by hanging lights, transform into magical realms come nighttime. Haven in the Hills promises not just a stay but an immersive experience, inviting you to revel in every moment of your stay in this captivating retreat.


LIVING AREA

Ideal for leisurely evenings, our living area sets the stage for family entertainment with a 65" Smart TV mounted above the mantle. Sink into the comfort of the sofa and many surrounding chairs for a relaxed viewing experience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy our 25,000-gallon swimming pool in season (Mar 15 – Nov 1). Optional gas heat (~88°F) is available for $100/night. Direct access from the house via the mudroom provides convenient entry, with bench seating and plenty of towels. The pool area is enclosed by its own fence, separate from the fenced backyard.

Winter option: while our onsite pool is closed, guests looking to swim can use nearby facilities such as the LPC Fitness & Aquatics (~5 minute drive) or the Reuter Family YMCA (~15 minutes’ drive). Guests are responsible for any day-pass or facility fees.

While outdoors, make use of our two decks. The upper deck features a large stainless grill and a 10-person dining table. After dinner, head to the lower deck to relax by the gas fire pit on the plush sofa, or pull up a stool at the bar area and take in the backyard.

For year-round relaxation, step below the upper deck to our 6-person hot tub (open all year).

We provide you with some of the essentials as well. We stock the house with hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, & laundry pods. Each bathroom is supplied with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You will find a full sized hair dryer in each bathroom. Rest easy knowing that an abundant supply of bath towels and pool/hot tub towels awaits, providing you with all the comfort and luxury you deserve during your stay.
