- A 200€ damage deposit is required during checking, which will be fully returned at checkout as long as there are no damages inflicted to the property.
- The second-floor bedroom is exclusive for parties of 3 or more guests. Smaller groups may use it for an additional €25/night, payable at check-in.
- Late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a €30 fee (until 22:30), or a 45€ fee (until midnight), or a 60€ fee (after midnight).
- Smoking and bringing animals inside are strictly prohibited on the property.
- A staircase connects the three floors, with two small flights (6 steps each) between each floor, making the property unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The building façade is currently undergoing renovation works to ensure the condominium remains in excellent condition. As part of this process, scaffolding has been installed around the exterior, and guests may notice some dust in the surrounding areas. While every effort is being made to minimise disruption, please be aware that daytime noise may occur during the restoration works. Guests who are particularly sensitive to construction environments, such as those with dust or intermittent noise, may experience inconvenience.

The venue is not suitable for guests with limited mobility due to a stairway with 14 steps (two flights of stairs, each with 7 steps) that leads from the elevator hall to the front door.
