****VERY IMPORTANT- EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION WILL BE ONGOING NOVEMBER THROUGH MID DECEMBER. THERE WILL BE SOME NOISE, EQUIPMENT ON SITE, DEBRIS, AND DUST THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS. WORKING HOURS ARE 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM MONDAY-FRIDAY WITH NO WORK ON THE WEEKENDS. BALCONIES MAY BE UNUSABLE DURING THIS TIME. THE PRICE HAS BEEN DISCOUNTED TO REFLECT THIS.

Welcome home to this stylishly updated two-bedroom, two-bath Beachwood villa located on the fabulous Amelia Island Plantation! You will enjoy easy beach access just minutes away or spend your day surrounded by nature at the lovely community pool.

The light and bright interior provides plenty of room to relax and unwind. The comfortable living area features an oversized flat screen TV along with plenty of seating to enjoy the big game or movie night. Sliding glass doors lead to the back patio area with seating which overlooks peaceful green space. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a nice glass of wine!

You will surely appreciate the fully stocked chef's kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops when preparing meals. The dining area has ample seating for six to enjoy a meal or a quick bite on the way to the beach. A laundry room is located just off the kitchen with full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

The luxurious primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed with seagrass headboard, chest of drawers and a flat screen TV. A full bathroom with shower and spacious vanity area is attached along with a generously sized closet.

The second bedroom can accommodate up to four with two queen-size beds. A full bath with shower/tub is accessible from this room, as well.

Additional details of this sparkling home include ceiling fans throughout and tile floors in the living area, kitchen and bathrooms.

The stunning Omni Amelia Island hotel is nearby offering dining options or a just a fun place to grab an evening cocktail. You will also find bike rentals, miniature golf, shopping, a spa and several more dining opportunities on this property.

Don't miss all that Fernandina Beach has to offer! In addition to the gorgeous sugar-white sand beaches you will experience amazing restaurants as well as countless recreation and entertainment options. There is truly something for everyone on this exquisite island!

This property has Sling TV Access rather than traditional cable.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.

Absolutely love this condo and will be staying here again in the future! Spacious, clean, quiet! Beds and furniture were very comfortable! The location (in the Omni Resort) is perfect! So many walking trails! Across the street from the beach. Felt like we were in our own little world! But close enough to restaurants, shopping, Fort Clinch State Park, downtown Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville, etc.

Lovely property with beautiful trees surrounding it. Immaculate, refreshing pool, short walk to beach & shoppes. Home was nicely furnished & very clean with very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, beach equipment & games.

Great room

We enjoyed our stay and the management was very helpful calling to make sure we didnt need anything and everything was going good. The beach is across the road and the pool is very convenient! It was never crowded at the pool and we never had any issues finding a place on the beach! The room was nice and you couldnt hear the neighbors beside or above you!

Nice Weekend

Property was clean and furniture in great shape. All plumbing, electrical, AC, appliance functional. Fully stocked with everything from beach towels, laundry/kitchen/bath soaps and paper products. Kitchen had everything we needed. We rented a golf cart from the onsite dealer and explored the large property from one end to the next with multiple parks and water front areas. The pool is a 2 minute walk away, if that far. The beach access is across the street but a nice walk over a wooded ramp and board walk of maybe 5 minutes from the front steps to sand between your toes. We had multiple shops and restaurants to choose from. Staff of the resort was very helpful and friendly. Tons of bike and walking paths. Overall, this is a great place to stay. Booking agency is extremely responsive and even sent us suggestions for the area and great recommendations. Will definitely be back again.

Solid nice comfortable condo housing my daughter, her husband and 3 grandchildren under 6. We have a spot in Sandcastle across the street and it was a wonderful week. Will book this unit again.

Really great!

The "all 5 star" rating should say it all, AND our dogs enjoyed it also! It was a last minute trip to get away from the cold. Only issue was door code did not work when we first arrived, we called the number, immediately we were talking with a person (there was no wait, or various menus to get to a real person) and they took care of it. My husband says it was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Our dogs could come along, the ocean was across the street, there were lots of walking trails and most importantly safe bike trails. It was a 100% great experience.

Beautiful condo and resort

The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with amenities. Master bed very comfy! The entire resort is beautiful. We loved the paved trails through the resort for walking and biking. Check in and out were seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and updated decor

We liked the comfort and decor of this condo, but it would use a little up keep with a musty smell, ailing garbage disposal and super loud exhaust fan. This place is close to being perfect expect for the minor maintenance issues. Property manager was very responsive to a minor repair issue we called about. Bed and bedding very comfy.

Nice place but walk to beach was too far. Mosquitoes were bad also. My almost 2 year old grandson got bitten several times. Could not stay outside near villas.
