We have stayed in a lot of short terms rentals and we are striving to make our ideal stay possible for you.

The Catskills have so much to do in every season. From skiing and tubing in the winter to world-class fishing streams to fabulous hikes of all levels to swimming holes to quaint villages, antiquing, farm stands and fall foliage.

We're a brand new property building a 5 star reputation. We've staying in many short term rentals and are making a place we'd like to stay. Walk through the vined archway and you'll find yourself in a private little world of your own with a large porch, picturesque barn and outdoor fireplace pavilion all facing in on each other. The porch accommodates outdoor living and dining as you look over lawn games and the fireplace. If you decide to go inside, a stylish cottage with designer touches awaits. The living room boasts a propane stove with warm flames and heat at the flick of a switch. A spacious dining room can seat 8 and is open to FULLY equipped kitchen. Two first floor bedrooms each with a double bed. The second floor master bedroom suite can be configured for a king, king with two trundles or two twin trundle beds. (We will configure in advance for your needs.) The suite also includes a love seat and TV. Wonderful desk work space feels like you are outside. Beautiful mountain views looking out the windows and from the yard. Enjoy the outdoor fireplace pavilion for making s'mores and telling stories beneath the stars. A vintage bowling alley with bar and bar-b-que restaurant is right next door (but far enough you don't hear anything) and a wonderful Italian restaurant and American bar/restaustaurant is across the street. Canoe is 15 mins away at the lake - just drop it in. (see check in instructions) Easy access to EVERYTHING! Rock solid wifi and great phone service.
