Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable king-size bed, soaking tub / shower, and cozy living room & entertainment area. Close to all the best hiking, skiing, and outdoors activities in the region - just 10 minutes to Belleayre ski center or 20 minutes to ski at rustic Plattekill Mountain. Walk to the Union Grove Distillery, Mornings Korean Cafe & Market, and Arkville Bread and Breakfast where you can dine in a converted caboose. Perfect place to set up to WFH in the mountains - fast WiFi and just over two hours from the GWB!

An easy drive to a great location

This unique vacation rental is located in an easy to find quiet neighborhood. Located a half a block to the main street that has historic trains, a few nice businesses, and Dry Brook stream and bridge. Very walkable. Inside of the unit is clean and very comfortable. Has everything you need for a long or short term stay. Very Quiet. The owner has clear and quick communication. Very easy to get in touch. Nearby Margaretville has several stores including a large grocery store. I would recommend to friends.

Great location and great space!

Kate was a super responsive host. The apartment is an old fire house and is a great space with plenty of room! Only a short walk away from Mornings Korean breakfast and the Brewstillery. We were in town for a music festival and it was a great location! Would highly recommend!

Loved the Firehouse!

Very spacious. Host provided an air mattress. Loved the uniqueness of this home. Very high ceilings. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy. We all enjoyed the comfy couches and watching a movie after hitting the slopes at Belleayre. Hope to stay again next skiing season!

A Lovely Spot

We absolutely loved it here. The space was so delightful; our dog felt right at home, and so did we! Mornings Cafe down the street is an absolute MUST. Kate's place really had everything we needed. Bed is so comfy also. We'll definitely be back.
