Welcome to our cozy Price Street cottage in the sweetest town in East, TN.

This 1950's home is located .3 miles from downtown Sweetwater. A short walk brings you to downtown where you can explore unique antique shops, restaurants and shopping. We are only a few minutes from 175 making it easy to get to Chattanooga or Knoxville.

Our main bedroom has a tall queen sized bed and a full dresser. There is a fan located in this bedroom closet. The night stand next to the bed is equipped with phone charging outlets.

The guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed and a night stand with charging capabilities.
There are camp chairs in the closet to enjoy on the back deck.

The bathroom is stocked with towels, toilet paper, a hair dryer and basic soaps.

The laundry room is available for your use as well.

Our kitchen is stocked with the basic necessities.

No pets allowed as we are very allergic. I know, it's sad. We love them but our allergies don't.

The best place! We’ll be back. Close to downtown where there are antiques and great food (ice cream) and atmosphere. The house is immaculate. The place just feels “crisp”… paint, cleanliness, outside, etc. Oh my goodness the bed felt so good!! The house is the perfect size and the deck out back is perfect for morning coffee. The location is quiet and easy to find with off street parking.

Host has great communication and keeps an extremely clean place. No fans in the bedrooms and they do have plug in fans you can use. They provided nespresso machine and pods. That was a life saver. The only downside is there is only one bathroom.

We were very impressed with the home as soon as we walked in. We had lawn chairs with us, so I enjoyed my tea on the deck.

Overall, we had a great experience. The location was very convenient to local stores and restaurants, and we especially enjoyed watching the fireflies in the yard at night.While we only spent our evenings at the house, we did cook most mornings and nights. We felt the kitchen could have been better equipped with more pans and baking sheets. We loved the espresso machine, as it was a second option to their coffee machine! Additionally, although we understand the house is being sold, the outdoor space would have been improved by the addition of a grill, a fire pit, and lounging furniture.Lastly, the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, however an adult would not fit well in the spare bedroom day bed. Our teenager was not very comfortable. The shower head was not the best. Overall the house was clean and would be perfect for a couple with a small child.We loved visiting Sweetwater!

I loved this older home so much when I first saw it. It's a perfect distance from town, a nice walk will get you there, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

It has a cozy at "home" feeling. Guests love the original floors and rabbits running through the big back yard.
