We recently remodeled this home, upgraded it with all new appliances, furnitures and high end Nectar memory foam mattresses in July 2024.

1. Everything is new: Unlike many houses in Palo Alto that are 50 to 100 years old, this home was only built in 2008.

Sleeping arrangements:

Master Bedroom: king size mattress. Walking closet. Two sink master full bathroom inside the bedroom.

2nd bedroom: queen size mattress. private full bathroom inside the bedroom.

3rd bedroom: queen size mattress. Private full bathroom inside the bedroom.

Please be advised that this is a two-story townhome that needs to climb stairs to access to all bedrooms and bathrooms.

All beddings and towels are replaced brand new each six months. We only use green and sustainable cleaning products. This is how we got all 5-star reviews.

6. Professional cleaning after each stay: We hire the best cleaners to do thorough cleaning and sanitizing each time. For long-term stay, we could offer bi-weekly cleaning with extra charge.

Walking to Mitchel Park Community Center, parks, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Very close to G00gle, Facebook, Stanford & 15 mins drive to Sandhill Road, Apple, Oracle, VMware, to name a few Silicon Valley iconic companies.

You can take Caltrain - two stops in Palo Alto - to anywhere between San Francisco and San Jose.

Or drive by yourself - we have a two-car garage for your car(s). Extra car(s) can be parked on the street for free. Or take Uber and Lyft.

VTA bus 88 is just outside our home. It goes around midtown.

Many local bike stores offer very inexpensive short-term bike rentals. Mikes Bike, Bike Connection, Chain Reaction, Palo Alto Bicycles, or Campus Bike Shop, to name a few.

Please note that you are staying in someone`s house, not a hotel.

Quiet Hours

* Please be considerate of the neighbors: no noise outside after 9 PM or before 8 am.

You can have visitors but all visitors will need to leave by 11 pm. No overnight guest please.

Security Deposit:

* We may ask for a deposit up to $1000 if you are a new Airbnb user or had bad review before. The deposit amount may change before you book the house.

Pet policy:

One small dog (less than 20 pounds) is allowed with pet deposit. We need to know the breed before booking, certain breeds are not permitted.
