Enjoy historic Victorian charm with a modern splash during your stay in Eureka. See beautifully refinished 140 year old hardwood floors while you still enjoy AC, WiFi, and a Tesla Universal EV charger (charges most Electric vehicles) (extra cost). This extensively renovated property can comfortably accommodate your group of guests.

Main floor laundry. Parking for 4 vehicles. Sleeps 12 comfortably. 5 bedrooms and pullout couch. 2 full bathrooms. Grand family sitting area. Cohesive floor plan for quality time with everyone. Breakfast sitting nook. Large front porch swing. Parlor porch with shuffleboard table, game table.

Directly across the street from The Cannery Event Center. Great space for family attending weddings or extra wedding party prep space. Walk 5 minutes to the picturesque Eureka downtown area and enjoy Wendy Puff Pizzeria and Pub, Faire Coffee and more. Great spot to stay for a family reunion weekend, wedding, graduation, or celebration in the Central Illinois area. 25 minutes from Peoria and Bloomington.

We had a wonderful stay in Eureka! The location was perfect, close enough to downtown to easily walk, while still being tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed for our trip. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient but calm place to stay in Eureka.

We rented the property for our daughter’s wedding. The home is directly across the street from the venue. It’s a beautiful home, the front porch has an awesome oversized comfy swing!! We did not cook but everything was there if we wanted to cook, except for a toaster.

This property was fantastic! Reality matches what the post shows. We went with a family of 6, and having five bedrooms allowed each kid to have their own space - which makes life much easier for us! The house was lovely. I am an architect, so I loved how they leaned into the antique real history of the home. Everything was in good shape (unless purposely not - 100 year old doors were left as tangible evidence of the living and loving that happened in this home! Love that.) There is plenty of space in the house, and communication with the owner was simple and easy. A great option. We loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Lots of Room

Our group of four women enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Also lots of space for enjoying the weather outdoors and the cozy indoors. We are anxious to return.

Fantastic house

Host was very responsive. Comfortable clean house. Loved all of the spaces in the house especially the front porch with the swing. Back yard also had swings which would be awesome for a family with kids. My family really enjoyed our stay. Quiet community.

Cousins weekend

We absolutely loved the property! We had our first ever cousins weekend and there were 8 of us. There was plenty of room. We didn't realize until we were there that we were only the second people to stay at the home. Beautiful home! Thank you!!

Peaceful and beautiful

Despite being a block from downtown, this house feels amazingly quiet, peaceful, and removed. The backyard was an unexpected bonus, and each of us spent time in the patio chairs enjoying the lush green landscaping and breezes. Inside, the house has very comfortable beds and plenty of room for people to spread out or gather together, including a front porch with a swinging daybed. It's a short walk to the Faire Coffee shop or other Main Street stores in one direction and to Uncle Bob's Homemade Ice Cream in another. We would stay there again.

Family reunion

We stayed at this charming property when we were in the area to attend a family reunion. It's a very cute house in a great location (walkable to shops, coffee, etc in downtown Eureka). The two updated bathrooms are very nice, and there's a great enclosed front porch with a swing seat. There is AC upstairs. We would definitely stay there again. (It should be noted that one of the 5 bedrooms is a walk-through, and you'll need to bring your own bathsoap & shampoo, but towels, bedding, dishwasher pods, and hand soap are all provided.)

Great experience

We had a great experience at The Landing. We found the home well stocked and plenty of room for family. We enjoyed the front porch with the gas heat, as well as the front parlor. The kitchen, to include the gas stove, was great for making multiple meals. There was plenty of seating for our family to visit and have coffee. The home is conveniently located and trips to the store was not an issue. We enjoyed reading the history about the home and could not imagine what the home has seen over the century.
