This was perfect for us! It is a Duplex. Super spacious and cozy 3 bedroom. The host was amazing! Short drive to beach and bay! Plenty to eat in the area and plenty of parking for out truck and boat! Will definitely be staying again!

Simple and relaxing

The location is in a neighborhood so it gave us the feel of being locals. We loved that it was roomy and simple inside. We also enjoyed relaxing and dining on the shaded patio. The host added a welcoming touch by providing farm fresh milk, chips, and salsa. We were in town to support our grandson's baseball team, so it was nice that it is only 6 miles from Publix Sport Complex. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Exactly what we hoped for...

This property is right in the middle of it all! Literally minutes from everything! Very quiet neighborhood and everything we needed for a home away from home. The host was AMAZING! She was extremely responsive and above and beyond with everything from booking, check-in, during the stay and check out! Every little thing she did was the perfect touch to our trip. So thoughtful!! It was also the perfect little yard for our senior pup. I can't wait to stay here again next time we visit! Thank you for making this a wonderful trip!

At first glance, my neighborhood might seem like a neighborhood most middle class wouldn’t look to buy. However, my neighborhood is EXTREMELY safe, no crime, and us neighbors look out for each other. I enjoy knowing and helping my neighbors. I really love my neighborhood. Plus, it’s centrally located and closer to everything. Huge bonus.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The most unique thing about my property is that my house is set back off the road. This gives me a large front yard. I’m currently working towards creating a food forest. I have 12 fruit/citrus trees, 3 blueberry bushes, ginger, turmeric, and plenty of herbs growing. Oh, and roughly 8 strawberry plants. Because I’ve been planting food over the last 3 years, you’ll see food producing plants pop up in their own on occasion. I think that’s the coolest.
