This beautiful 2BR, 1BA duplex is perfect for an individual, a couple, friends traveling together, or a small family wanting a taste of "local life" in Panama City's Historic St. Andrews marina district.

If you're here for work, the space can also accommodate your mobile office in a lovely setting for resting in between the grind.

I respond to Airbnb messages between 8 am and 8 pm if you need anything at all, including recommendations. Otherwise, I will assume you are self-sufficient.

Only blocks from the bay in two directions, you're within walking distance to many great local restaurants, bars, shops, historic sites, and the St. Andrews Marina.

Take a boat from the marina over to Shell Island, or launch your own.

You're just 7-8 miles from the white sands of Panama City Beach but will sleep peacefully, far from the maddening crowds of tourists, their traffic, and noise.

Plus, you'll have access to neighborhood events, including the Farmer's Market every Saturday year-round (8 am - 1 pm), a huge Mardi Gras parade (usually early February), and a St. Patrick’s Day (and Halloween) pub crawl. We even elect a Dog as Mayor of St. Andrews on Salty Dog Day (last held in February 2020).

For a free, guided walking tour of Historic St. Andrews, visit the Panama City Publishing Co. Museum at 1134 Beck Avenue on Wednesday or Friday at 1:00 p.m.

Walk to almost everything in the neighborhood. Take your car to the beach across Hathaway Bridge.

If you're flying in, you will want to rent a car at the airport as a taxi ride is expensive. You'll also want car access for driving to area beaches, the state park, the grocery store, and other nearby destinations.

Panama City now has Uber! YAY!

CAMERA:
A Ring Doorbell is installed outside for added safety and security (yours AND mine!). I have access to live and recorded video as needed. There are no other recording devices on the property.

BEACH GEAR
The house has everything you need for fun in the sun: beach towels, beach chairs, and usually some floats and sand toys (selection varies). Please feel free to leave clean, usable beach gear (sand toys, floats, etc.) for the next guest if you don't want to lug it home with you.
