Our three bedroom 1 bathroom cottage was completely renovated in 2019. A beautiful 4 acre private property with a short walk to Red River Beach. Right down the hill from the backyard is Skinequit pond with a gorgeous dock, perfect for fishing and watching the sun set. Sheets and towels provided and onsite.

This property has been in the family since 1964. We have lived in Massachusetts all of our lives and have been visiting cape cod with the family since 1962

The location is great, there’s a freshwater lake just down the hill and a short walk down the road to Red River Beach. The property is centrally located on the Cape and everything is a short ride away.

Great for bringing all of the family or friends together to enjoy some time outside, fishing or boating on the pond, grilling and playing games in the yard, or walking down to the beach.
