Step into our modern, spacious retreat, offering 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, a convenient 1.5 bathroom setup, a private patio with a motorized awning, fire-pit, BBQ grill and hot tub. Apartment is loaded with all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and convenient. Pets allowed approval required.
The space
This is a two story duplex, 3 bedroom / 1.5 bath. Sleeps 7 (Central AC and Heating).

FIRST FLOOR

-Fully equipped kitchen and a coffee station with two different coffee makers (Keurig and Nespresso-original capsule).
-Half bathroom.
-Laundry Room equipped with washer, dryer, laundry detergent and dryer sheet.
-Access to the patio and back yard. Patio is equipped with motorized awning.

Cleaning fee will be applied accordingly if hot tub is left very dirty or with broken glass. If hot tub needs to be emptied there will be a $250 fee.
Guest access
Smart lock/keyless entry makes the check-in process smooth and easy! Smart lock codes will be sent out before guest's arrival.

Our guests have access to the backyard, fire pit and hot tub plus reserved parking spots.
Other things to note
Additional cleaning charge will be applied if back yard or BBQ grill needs excessive cleaning after use.
