This charming condo located at Grande Caribbean condo complex in Orange Beach offers a delightful beachfront experience with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Here are the key highlights:

Location: Situated right across the street from the beach, guests can enjoy stunning views and easy access to the shoreline. The private balcony provides a perfect spot to soak in the scenery and enjoy meals outdoors. Also has a public boat launch next door to property. Unfortunately cannot accommodate boat/trailer parking.

Community Amenities: Guests have access to shared amenities, including a swimming pool, common area grills, and workout room adding to the leisure options available during your stay.

Living Area: The condo features a bright and inviting living area furnished with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV equipped with cable for entertainment.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals with ease, offering all the essentials needed for cooking.

Parking: 2 Parking spaces are allowed per condo. Parking passes must be purchased in advance. The link for parking will be sent prior to arrival. No boat/trailer parking available.

Guest Entry: Access to the condo is facilitated through an E-lock system, which requires a unique code for entry. This system ensures security and convenience for guests.

Additional Information: The rental is snowbird-friendly, with special rates available upon inquiry. However, pets are not allowed on the premises. Additionally, guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.

Orange Beach Vacay

The property was clean and convenient to activities and food in both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach! There was plenty of room for our family of four. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was great! The unit was very clean and well maintained. The property itself was nice and the pool on site was nice. Access to the beach was easy as the property set right across the street from the public access.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a very cute apartment, comfortable for a family of 5 (with 3 teens), just across the street from a public beach. It was very clean and had nice amenities. The only thing that was a little annoying was that coffee filters and garbage bags were not provided. We asked for them at check-in (the following morning), but we were told they only have a "starter pack". I could understand that for long stays, but 5 coffee filters and 2 garbage bags would cost pennies, but would make a big difference for us!

Great place to stay

Loved the place we stayed! This place is amazing! I questioned the stairs and the road being noisy BUT these were not issues at all. There is traffic noise but you will have that anywhere on the strip whether you are facing the street or not really. This place is close to great restaurants and the beach access parking(you can even walk across if you wanted). They had plenty of things for us to use in the kitchen. It DOES have a crock pot lol we didn’t know this is why I put in here. We brought our own. The only thing is the glasses to drink from were cracked and worn. That’s the only thing I think was a downside which is not a deal breaker at all. Also you have to check in at SunSwept before you go to the actual location. You would be silly not to book this room if it fits your family or crew! We will be back! We drove from Arkansas to stay there

Long Stay

The location/view was nice. The lockbox for late arrival was a nightmare to operate. Even the security guard said they got constant complaints on it. The condo needs a good cleaning and some regular maintenance. The shower curtain had mold on it. Both toilets had flushing issues/continually running. The bedroom on the main level need some electrical work. Cannot use the outlets unless the ceiling fan is operating. The pull switch for the fan light was too short and have to climb up on bed to turn it off. There is no air coming from the vent in the bedroom in the main level. Very stuffy so you have to keep the fan on to circulate air (remember the light statement above). Very lack in the supplies. One Roll of toilet paper for a 9 day stay.

Regarding the lockbox, once we were made aware of your late arrival, we sent an email with detailed instructions and also explained the process over the phone. The box itself includes printed instructions and a number to call in case of any issues. We did not receive any calls about check-in difficulties, but we will follow up with the security team to better understand their concerns and ensure everything is clear for future guests. We appreciate you reporting the toilet issue, and we promptly sent someone out on Sunday to address it. No other concerns were reported during your stay, but we’re sorry to hear there were additional issues you didn’t feel comfortable sharing while you were here—we always want to help make things right as quickly as possible. As for supplies, vacation rentals differ from hotels in that we provide a starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). Once those items run out, it is the guest’s responsibility to replenish them. This information is included in both the confirmation and check-in details. We will follow up with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to review the items you mentioned and make sure everything is addressed. Thank you again for your feedback.
