This Phoenix VII condo is one of the most beautifully decorated and relaxing condos on the gulf coast. Professionally decorated and fully furnished, there is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

This newly renovated 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.

Come relax on the 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Our condo is located on the third floor, and not a far walk from the elevators. Come see why this unit is the most sought after in Orange Beach!!

SNOWBIRDS WELCOME

Parking Pass: Parking pass rates are as follows: 2-10 day reservations: one time $55 fee. 11-31 day reservations: one time $100 fee. 32-61 day reservations: one time $200 fee. 62-91 day reservations: one time $300. 92 day+ reservations: one time $400 fee. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The pools and hot tub were amazing. If in had a complaint it be that the internet wasn’t working. We feel that the owner wasn’t at fault. We will surely will return someday! Thanks to the owner for sharing it with us!

The location of our condo was perfect for us.Everything we needed was in the condo.Accessibility to the beach was excellent.Phoenix seven was maintained very well for a workout room, indoor pool.

We have stayed at Phoenix VII for years. This condo was recently remodeled and beautiful. Only two drawbacks, sofa was not comfortable at all and the bathtub was definitely not part of the remodel.

Fairly disappointed. Balcony furniture, whichwas very poor quality, was in the condo, blocking access to the kitchen dinkng area. I had to move the furniture to access this area. Also, ice maker did not work. No communication ti see how the check in went. Amenities were pretry poor quality, even for a rental. Location was great.

Beach view was great, the room was clean and had everything we needed! I left 5stars because we were happy with our stay, if I had to be picky the only thing would be to have cushions on the balcony patio furniture. We definitely did have a great stay regardless of that and the rainy weather! Would stay again!

Beautiful property. Very conveniently located. Amazing view of ocean from this room. Id definitely stay again. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower curtain was terribly stained and the baseboards were dirty. The shower curtain liner was new so that helped. The rest of the condo was fine. More of a 4.5 than a 4.

I think the shower curtain should be changed. The bathroom smelt like mold and mildew and you can smell it the second you pass by the bathroom without even entering, shower curtain was also orange at the bottom and was a telling sign it needed to be washed or changed out. Other than that we had no issues.

Tub drain was a bit messed up and the shower head doesn’t have enough pressure but besides that this was a great unit with an amazing view!!! Definitely would rent this place again!

Looked forward to staying in a Phoenix after nearly two decades of travel to Orange Beach but never again. There was food and lip marks on the supposed clean dishes and cups in the cabinets, the bed was collapsing in the middle, the mattress and the sheets smelled like body odor. The odor from the pillows was so bad we had to go and buy new pillows to use for the week. Check in for a parking pass needs some addressing. The property itself was like a carnival cruise, very loud music coming from the pool area went unaddressed including smoking and drove people away. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and falling to the floor. The bathtub was moldy and appears to have a hole in it. By far my worst experience in Orange Beach ever, and in no way restful. Beach was great, indoor pool was clean, hot tubs and common areas were generally clean.

Perfect for a couple! The unit was so welcoming! It was clean, neat, and decorated in soft colors, and we had everything we needed for our summer getaway. I would definitely recommend this unit!
