This Phoenix VII condo is one of the most beautifully decorated and relaxing condos on the gulf coast. Professionally decorated and fully furnished, there is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

This newly renovated 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.

Come relax on the 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Our condo is located on the third floor, and not a far walk from the elevators. Come see why this unit is the most sought after in Orange Beach!!

Parking Pass: Parking pass rates are as follows: 2-10 day reservations: one time $55 fee. 11-31 day reservations: one time $100 fee. 32-61 day reservations: one time $200 fee. 62-91 day reservations: one time $300. 92 day+ reservations: one time $400 fee. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

This was a great property! Views of the Gulf were amazing! Only minor complaint is that the bathroom shower was outdated but that really isn’t a deal breaker for me. Would definitely book here again!

The condo was very nice. However the mattresses were terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were pretty gross looking. They never changed the plastic shower curtain, which was full of mold and pretty disgusting, I would expect them to put on a new curtain for every guest, yet I’ve read other reviews stating the curtain was gross. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The view was gorgeous, the pools were wonderful. I would stay again…but def bring my own pillows and a plastics liner for the shower.

Beautiful view and super clean! This condo has been updated and feels very modern. Great communication with the host. Our family of four had plenty of room. Be sure to take some extra bath towels or you’ll have to be washing those a lot. Overall, we were very pleased!

This is an amazing place to stay in Orange Beach! The condo was just what we wanted! Decorated cute, had everything we needed! We loved being on the beach and having a balcony for morning coffee and drinks in the evening! Pool area is awesome and plenty of chairs for everyone. We did rent beach chairs one day also. Being on the third floor was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

The location of our condo was perfect for us.Everything we needed was in the condo.Accessibility to the beach was excellent.Phoenix seven was maintained very well for a workout room, indoor pool.

Beach view was great, the room was clean and had everything we needed! I left 5stars because we were happy with our stay, if I had to be picky the only thing would be to have cushions on the balcony patio furniture. We definitely did have a great stay regardless of that and the rainy weather! Would stay again!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The pools and hot tub were amazing. If in had a complaint it be that the internet wasn’t working. We feel that the owner wasn’t at fault. We will surely will return someday! Thanks to the owner for sharing it with us!

We have stayed at Phoenix VII for years. This condo was recently remodeled and beautiful. Only two drawbacks, sofa was not comfortable at all and the bathtub was definitely not part of the remodel.

Unit was clean. View was great. Pros: View was amazing, pool was nice, kitchen was good for cooking and not having to eat out all the time. Location was a short walk right on beach. Property was clean, washer and dryer on site was nice, communication with owner was good, and location was close to great eating establishments was nice. Cons: bed should have been trashed probably 5 years ago. Woke up with back pain every day. Sofa and chairs were in same condition. We had to sit on pillows on top of couch for it to be manageable. Ice maker would only produce crushed ice, even though we selected cubed. Patio furniture has seen better days and was kinda rickety. Tv in living room was very small and for price of unit, I expected a little more. Having to pay for parking seemed kinda odd since we parked on property, and not a private garage. Model may have been remodeled, bathroom was definitely not and shower head and water pressure was pretty substandard. For the price point (off season) I have stayed at much nicer units. Overall a 3/5 solely on views and location. The unit itself presents nice but furniture and comforts were substandard.
