Welcome to our studio!

Our studio is the perfect spot for two guests looking to enjoy the best of Dubai. It includes access to an outdoor pool, a gym and free parking!

Located on the 28th floor, our studio is equipped with all the necessities for your stay. Our living space consists of a sofa and a TV (with Netflix!) for light entertainment. There is also free Wi-Fi, perfect for casual browsing or remote working.

We have a full, open kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave and oven. For your convenience, we also have a toaster, coffee machine, blender and kettle for your extra cooking needs. Enjoy your home-cooked meal with a view at our dining table or our balcony seating set.

Our lush queen bed is fitted with luxury linen so you can have a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, hairdryer and fresh towels. Feel free to use the washing machine, ironing and cleaning equipment in our home!

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

The apartment is located in the Dubai International Financial Centre, one of the most desirable areas of the city. Just outside are trendy cafes, bars, and fantastic global cuisine. The Metro, Dubai Mall, and World Trade Center are steps away. Aside from that, there is also a mosque near the building.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
