Large sliding doors lead to a private balcony furnished with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy stunning city views and a partial canal view.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped to suit both short and extended stays, featuring a dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and more. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a home-cooked meal, everything you need is at hand.
The bedroom is elegantly designed with a comfortable bed, hotel-quality linens, and its own smart TV to ensure a restful and enjoyable stay.
The bathroom is fitted with all essential amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries, so you can refresh and unwind with ease.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Everyday essentials are easily taken care of with nearby shops including Kasco Mart, Allday Minimart, Fast & Quick MiniMart, Uptown Minimart, and an ADNOC Service Station, while Dubai Mall is just a short drive away for premium retail and lifestyle experiences. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
