Tastefully decorated and designed in various earthy and neutral tones, the entire home is prepared to provide guests with a pleasant stay.

Sit back and relax in the bright living room featuring a plush sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The attached dining area has a dining table and a set of 4 chairs that you can sit at and eat your meals.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries including a stove, a microwave, and a fridge. So, feel free and cook up a storm!

The bedroom comes with a comfy queen bed along with complimentary hotel-quality linens at your disposal. The private ensuite contains all the basic amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower head, a sink, and a toilet. Plus, fresh towels and free toiletries will be given for your convenience.

Don’t forget to take a breather on the evening balcony to enjoy the beautiful Dubai sunset.

Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

There is ongoing construction visible from the balcony area, and it may generate noticeable noise during the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Business Bay is one of Dubai’s swankiest residential and professional hubs, set amidst the gleaming waters of the Dubai Canal, a stone’s throw from Dubai’s quintessential ‘it’ neighborhood, Downtown Dubai. One of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels, and stores, the area has a spectacular line-up of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young populations. Reverberating with youthful energy, Business Bay has a fast-paced, vibrant lifestyle complete with trendy bars, busy cafes, and luxurious spas.

If you wish to grab some groceries to cook your favorite home-cooked meals, West Zone Fresh Supermarket is just a min away by foot.

Thanks to its convenient location, you'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building. Uber App, as well as the local car-sharing app called Careem App, is also available to be used in the city.

The closest metro to my home is the Business Bay Metro Station, which is a 12 mins drive from the flat.

From Fairview Residency, it takes roughly 12 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 20 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 19 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 24 minutes to The Walk JBR.

The nearest airport is Dubai International Airport, which is 20 mins drive from the property.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
