The spacious living room is as stylish as it is functional. Featuring a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options and a dining table enough to accommodate four. The space includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large balcony where you can relax and enjoy spectacular city views.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfill any of your culinary requirements.
Your home away from home is decked out with ironing equipment alongside a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The air conditioner bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed, dressed with luxury cotton bedding to ensure a good night's rest.

The spacious bathroom also offers a large rain shower and bathtub, there is a large mirror and an hairdryer too alongside fresh towels and toiletries.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Bluewaters is an island development project by Dubai Holding on the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It features a luxury residential area, retail space, restaurants, and entertainment attractions including Dubai Marina Walk, Ain Dubai (the world's largest Ferris wheel), Madame Tussauds Dubai, Bay Central, and Palm Jumeirah West. There's also a pharmacy nearby as well as a shopping mall across the street. The development is located on the man-made island of Bluewaters, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge.

The best way to know around is by car or taxi.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
