The master bedroom, shown as Bedroom 1 in the photos, will include the queen bed that is shown and a bunk bed (single mattresses). The second bedroom, shown as Bedroom 2, will have the double bed (with a trundle bed underneath) that is shown and a bunk bed (single mattresses). The washer and dryer are in the closest of Bedroom 2. The kitchen is also getting upgraded with new upper cabinets, appliances and a new ceiling.

Driveway to this property is very steep. There are two parking spots at the top of the driveway, two spots on the left side of the driveway and then one at the bottom of the driveway closest to the house. There is a staircase/walkway that leads down to the house from the parking spots.
