Lakefront House on Pleasant Lake - Pet Friendly

This is the perfect vacation spot for year round adventure.
Steps away from one of the top clearest lakes in NH. Sandy shore is the dream vacation whether you’re looking to kick back and relax, do water sports, swim, boat, kayak with the loons, ice skate, cross country ski, snowmobile, fish or view the fall foliage.
Bring your own boat and park it at the private dock or use our 2 person kayak equipped with oars and life jackets.

The top floor has a queen bed, loveseat, walk-in closet and great views of the sunrise, overlooking the head of the lake. There is an adjustable standing or sitting desk which provides an excellent spot to overlook the lake while getting work done!

The middle floor consists of the fully equipped custom kitchen and dining area including a table with a couch and four stools, a twin day bed and full bathroom.

The bottom floor has a pull out double bed, flat screen TV and free use of the washer and dryer. A wooden sliding door separates this room from the entrance of the house.

The private dock is a 50' walk from the house. Look both ways when crossing the scenic road which provides access to the houses on the North end of the lake. The house comes equipped with a two person kayak, life jackets and paddles. If you plan to bring your own boat, The public boat ramp is less than a quarter mile before the house. Please Inquire if you are looking for boat rental options.

You can BBQ on the porch overlooking the lake or have a bonfire in the pit down below.

We loved our stay in Deerfield! The place was so clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was so beautiful to wake up to and we will def be staying again! Highly recommend!

Bright, Sunny, Quiet Lake House in the Trees!

We stayed for two nights and I immediately said upon arriving that I could stay forever. This home is so clean, newly renovated, with thoughtful fun additions throughout the home. Plenty of sleeping arrangements options for family or friend trips. The deck with grill and dining table, and the patio with fire pit maee enjoying the outside easy. The private dock with seating was my favorite. Highly recommend this home, and we are already planning an autumn visit! Thank you to the host(s) this is a beautiful place.

Our Lakefront House on Pleasant Bay Rental was excellent!

I would highly recommend the Lakefront House on Pleasant Bay. It was perfect for my wife and myself and our Golden doodle. Its bed was very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the deck or down on its dock. I was worried that there wasn't a beach. But there is a lovely beach just down the street at the boat ramp. Where they have "Lake hosts" checking boats for foreign weeds that and lovely to talk to. We were informed that its water is the 2nd cleanest is all NH lakes. Indeed. Favorite place to eat - the diner across the street from Johnson's Dairy Bar. Great breakfast. Great bakery. Great lunch. But closes at 2:00.

The home is perfect for a small family, looking for a lakeside getaway. The lake was gorgeous with crystal clear water and sandy bottom, perfect for any and all water activities. The host was very welcoming and responsive. The host even included a binder with the locations for grocery stores, hiking, activities etc. which was exceptionally useful. Would 1000% reccomend this property/host to everyone!
