Check in was difficult as the host was not alerted he had a rental. He was very responsive and delt with the issue quickly.

Mt Ida area home

This is a real nice home that served as a great location for our rock hounding and hiking in the Mt Ida area. The host helped us greatly with check in, and some local suggestions. We were very pleased with our four night stay and give this great little house and host a great recommendation.

I received an email giving me the code we were tired and dirty and ready to rest and settle in from being at the crystal mines and the code they sent did not work. the kids were whining and it took us an hour to get hold of someone to give us the correct code. we were not happy. If the code you sent was not the correct one you should have made that clear

We regret you had any trouble with the door code. I messaged the corrected door code the day before check in so there should have been no trouble. I never received any response or phone calls from the guest during their stay, I truly expect this could have been avoided and we look forward to smooth stays every stay.
