Ocean Park Beach: Just a short walk away, enjoy golden sands, warm Caribbean waters, and a relaxed beach vibe. Conveniences nearby. A major supermarket is located one block away in Condado. Nightlife & Entertainment 5-minute Uber ride to La Placita Close to Condado’s casinos, bars, and nightlife.



Getting Around:

We recommend using Uber for getting around San Juan—it’s convenient and widely available. If you’re planning to explore other parts of the island, a rental car is your best option. Car rentals are available directly at the airport. Please note that only street parking is available nearby, or you may use Gallery Plaza Garage, which charges an hourly fee.



Other Things to Note:

No elevator — the building has stairs only.

This is a short-term rental:

- Extra linen or towel changes for stays under 7 nights may incur an additional fee.

- Standard linens and towels are provided for the length of your booking.

- Please note that a $100 incidental security deposit is placed on the date of arrival. This deposit is held in case the unit is not returned in the same condition as received, cover potential damages, missing items, or violations of house rules. If these conditions are met, the $100 hold will be released, it may vary depending on your financial institution. Processing typically takes 7 to 14 business days for credit cards and up to 30 days for debit cards.
