Spacious, Cool, Great Location

Pros Unit exceeded expectations on space and very clean.Air conditioning was excellent.Great location. Easily walkable to restaurants and the beach.Assigned parking was easily accessible.Bed linens were very nice and lots of towels for bath and beach.Bedrooms were very quiet.ConsNo electrical outlet in primary bath. Had to do my hair and make up in the bedroom.Could use brighter lighting in bathrooms.No dishwasher. There were 6 of us and we did a lot of cooking. Pots and pans were minimal and showing wear.Washer and dryer was very inconvenient. Had to use a step ladder to place and retrieve clothes from the dryer but they cleaned and dried well.

Family Time & Basketball Tournament

This property was well located, near restaurants and beaches. Your close to various nice locations for activities and at the same time in a quite neighborhood. The property is spacious for a family and well maintained. Ray is an excellent host.

Beautiful place.

The apartment is just like the pictures. Very clean and close to everything in condado. Definitely 👍 recommend for family with kids and family with friends.

Very walkable

Was in town for a wedding and loved the condo! Great location. Lots of thing open around us and the beach was close. Old San Juan was just an Uber away. Ray was great host, easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend

Totally Worth it!

Great place! Very clean and looks just like the pictures. beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Owner is extremely helpful and responsive. Location is safe, fun, and has tons of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Felt it was perfect for our first trip to San Juan. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was nice the beds were “very” comfortable the area was busy and a couple of times people would park blocking the gate to the parking lot but over all we had a wonderful time a good selection of restaurants and beaches near by.

Nice apartment for adults

The property was nice yet a few issues were encountered during our stay that were unexpected: -perhaps more specific instructions for the lock box since none of the 4 people could figure it out even using the internet -the road and excess parking spots apparently flood during high tide (7pm-7am) close to the full moon, this is a problem if you didn’t get the keys out of the lockbox because you had to climb in the building over the retaining wall (which we had to do with a child and our parents in their 60s) and we were fortunate we did not park our other car we had on the street since the water came up to the bumper. Also the first night we were very concerned whether we’d need to leave in an emergency if the flooding continued since we didn’t know that this was "normal" ahead of time. -guest bathroom doesn't get as hot as desired, and the air doesn't work if the power grid is overloaded, little things but weighed heavy when we were dealing with the flooding -We had to replace the only smoke detector battery but the owner reimbursed us for the expense. -Owners were nice and fairly responsive to all the issues we had. Overall the place was nice enough though I wouldn't stay here again traveling with a family. Would be great location and amenities for a group of friends.

Our family would stay here again!

This place exceeded our expectations for our vacation. We had many options and we were happy we chose this place. We had everything we needed and being so close to the beach and local restaurants made our stay even better. High recommend for couples, groups or families.

You start to really like the red.

This place was great! It was exactly how it was advertised. Candado is a busy area so traffic is sometimes difficult to navigate around the place. Don't let that deter you. This place is in a good area full of people and parks. There's great food and coffee shops within walking distance. It is also a pretty quick ride share to Old San Juan or wherever. Ray was great and responsive. The place is easy to get into and comes with a parking spot for your rental car if you get one. When we were looking at this place we were initially a little weary of all the red. Now we love red cause this place was excellent.

Best spot in San Juan

Stayed here a month and it’s closeness to the beach, shopping and restaurants is unmatched. The actual place itself is spacious and modern.

Great condo overall. Very clean and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our condo stay very much. Location was great and everything we wanted to see was only a three or four dollar Uber ride away. Condo was just as described. The reason for four-stars was only for small items like 1) needed some kitchen towels and soap in the kitchen so we could wash and dry our plates and glasses. 2) needed luggage racks in the bedrooms to hold your suitcases. 3) TV in the living room worked great! There were lots of channels subscribed to watch…... But no Fox news!! We would suggest adding Fox News to the channel selection rather than having only fake liberal negative news channels.available. Over half of America is conservative and watches Fox News! Those are our observations and recommendations. Over all the stay was great and we enjoyed it very much.

Clean, well appointed property in Condado convenient to all thing in the area.

This is a very clean, comfortable property in an area with many nice restaurants and some cute shopping as well as being easy walking distance from nice beaches. Good location for exploring other areas in San Juan. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
