Beautiful, open plan, modern beach home nestled literally in the sand dunes of New Brunswick Canada. Walk through the front door into the ground floor with spectacular ocean views! The main living area is on the second floor where you will find even more magnificent 240 degree ocean views including Prince Edward Island. Walk for miles on the warm, sandy, uncrowded beach. You may see the occasional kayakers, paddle boarders or kite surfers pass by on the calm waters. The water nor the beach will EVER be busy! It will feel like your own private beach with only a handful of other relaxing beach goers. We have the warmest waters north of Virginia with summer water temperatures reaching 84F! **When looking at pictures with snow under the snow is sand, sand dunes and ocean. Didn't know we were going to rent our place until recently hence many winter pics!
